Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Excellent accommodation! Hyper clean, super well equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is adorable, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

We loved the apartment! We ended up staying there twice, on either end of a timeshare week, and it was perfect. It's a great location and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach! We didn't end up using any appliances but it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots if you needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

The home was spotless and in a very good location, it was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. Patrick met us at check in and showed us around and how to use everything. He gave us information on restaurants and activities. He was extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was perfect — clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location couldn’t be better — the beach is literally less than a one-minute walk away, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. I also appreciated how close the ATM was for easy access to cash. There were plenty of excursions available right on the beach, which made planning activities super convenient. The area felt very safe, and I was able to fully relax and enjoy my time. The host was responsive and friendly, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend — would definitely stay here again!

We just finished our stay at Blue Sanctuary at indigo bay and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living spaces were laid out very well. The highlight for us were the two sliding glass walls that open up to allow an open air feel to the first floor and the private pool and patio. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Indigo bay was extremely quiet and gorgeous with lovely sand and calm waves. We would definitely love to return to the same property in the future. Most highly recommended!!!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

This location is excellent ..everything is near by ..the host is amazing ...thank you for everything its definitely worth it...I wiill be back again and again

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Yulia’s flat in Simpson Bay is a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. The patio overlooks peaceful Simpson Bay, lined with sailboats and activities happening on the ocean. The beach was very private, not crowded with tourists. The flat is well equipped, I can really appreciate all the hangers in the closet as well as having a cordless vacuum to tidy up. The location is my favorite in Sint Maarten, walkable to many restaurants. Yulia checked in with me a few times, I appreciate the hospitality and consideration. I will absolutely book here again!

Nina, Kevin, and Melissa were amazing hosts. The villa became our favorite vacation spot we've ever been to. The property is amazing, they take great care of the house and pool. Any small thing you can think of, they had it already prepared. The option to order groceries and other supplies was well worth it, there's nothing better than relaxing poolside with a nice chilled champagne and taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the island(s) We plan on returning, and cannot wait to do so!

We had a wonderful time in St Maarten. Mark is a great host, friendly, helpful, always quick to respond. We loved the resident pets. Keeping the inside doors closed to keep the ac on was a bit awkward and took some getting used to but was ok…would have liked some ac in the bathroom. The condo is well located for both the beach and watching the planes take off. Sunsets from the Topdeck can’t be beat. If we make it back to St Maarten, we’d stay there again.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

The place looked just the photos! It was a beautiful stay and the space looks larger in person compared to the photos. My husband and I stayed 8 days in the unit. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed, there were extra chargers and cables around the house which was helpful since we lost our charger at the airport. Beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas were all provided. A rental car place was within walking distance. They provided excellent recommendations for food and activities for places all around the island. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

This was our first time in Sint Maarten and our experience exceeded our expectations. I knew I wanted a beachfront Airbnb and this was the perfect choice. It was everything we wanted and more! The photos displaying the space don’t even do it justice. It is a luxurious-feeling apartment, incredibly clean and tidy, lots of natural light. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are great, kitchen is stocked with all tools and appliances you’d ever need. The balcony and view are out of this world! We loved having the beach access steps away from the apartment. It made for some amazing beach days. The water is truly crystal clear & blue. Super driveable (and even walkable) to nearby restaurants. I’d say everything is within a 3-5 minute drive. The hosts stocked the fridge with some drinks for us upon our arrival and also provided a guide for the Airbnb, as well as nearby restaurants. Overall we will 100% be coming back and this was the best Airbnb experience we EVER had. 5 stars! ⭐️

Very nice stay at Vincent's! The loft is wonderfully well decorated with its beachfront touch, the sound of the waves, the view of the water, it's really like you're on a boat. We rented a car and 5 minutes from the loft there is the beautiful Baie Rouge beach. Otherwise, a little further, Mullet also very beautiful beach and you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. Sandy Ground is very well located, near the airport, from Maho Beach, seeing the planes so close, is really impressive!! We highly recommend Vincent's place, everything is there for a memorable stay.
