Rico was such an amazing host! The place itself was so clean and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

We had a great time stay in this house. The kids love the pool. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood, plus a huge park right next to the house. Shayla is nice, we would recommend people to stay in there!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

I stayed at Casa De Balboa for a long weekend with my wife and in-laws and we couldn't be happier! The location was perfect, you could see both the ocean and the marina from the balcony over the garage and you are within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars (< 5 minute walk) without the noise that comes with being right there. The beds were very comfortable, there are plenty of pillows and towels, the kitchen was well stocked, and being able to park in a garage made the trip perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be looking to book Casa De Balboa next time we are in the area!

I really don’t need to write much about this property. Soup to Nuts 100%. For a visit to Laguna Beach, this is a perfect AirBnb. Great location, super clean, everything you need. Definitely an above average rental. Great communication, easy access, really, all of it. Fun stuff is indoor stairs to the cool roof deck and really nice front garden. Note: There is a parking slot off the alley, but note that it is narrow. We were able to just back in our Subaru Forester in a bit. Much bigger would be challenging, and it was great to have it. We rate this unit as excellent!

This cottage is fabulous! Cleanliness, location, decor, linens all 5 star. Highly recommend if you are looking for the quintessential beach cottage steps from Shaw’s Cove and all Laguna Beach has to offer!

Perfect stay in CDM. We stayed a week, worked remotely and enjoyed SoCal. Place is spacious for us, clean and the street is quiet. Nice neighbors too. See you next summer!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Emily’s. The view was beautiful and was walkable to so much! Enjoyed morning strolls to Lido for coffee and walks to the pier for dinner and ice cream. Was so nice to be able to watch the kids play at the beach from the balcony and the area is far enough from the pier to avoid a lot of crowds. Will definitely stay here with our family again!

We had a fantastic few days at the Black Cabin. Bret was super responsive and friendly and overall a tremendous host. The cabin is ideally located for a vacation in Laguna Beach. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend.

It was a lovely location and very nice place. My husband commented on how large it was. It had everything we needed and lots of room. We brought our toys that easily stored in the garage, but there was also toys in there so not sure we needed to bring it all. The view out the front window was amazing and I loved the neighborhood in the early morning - quiet, peaceful with the kids all riding their bikes to school! If you are a techy, the WIFI was not strong - had to go to back patio for good reception. The only negative was the neighbors who came in Friday night - they did not honor the quiet hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am. We called the property manager the next morning who stated they would let them know, but it happened again the next night and we had to go over and ask them to quiet down. They did quiet down immediately the second night. We were there with our grandchildren who are four and 5 weeks old so the late night volume was something we were hoping to avoid.

This was my second time staying at this property, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and located in a very safe neighborhood with easy access to everything. The host is consistently responsive and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the quiet end of Balboa Island. 4 houses from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry. Great outdoor front deck, perfect to hang out and have meals on nice days. Kayaks and bikes available for your use! Downstairs unit of duplex was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Owner very responsive to questions and needs. This is a great place, I can't wait to go back.

Maylen & Greg exceeded expectations not only by providing a beautiful home, but by being extraordinary hosts. We booked this house as part of my mother's 50th birthday. She has always preferred hotels up until now. Needless to say the memories and experience we shared here are priceless. If you are looking for authenticity then look no further.

We had a lovely stay over the holidays at Miriam's Balboa Island home - the location absolutely cannot be beat! It was nice to be off the busy main street on Balboa Island. The house is on the same block as the ferry to the peninsula - a real bonus that we took advantage of several times. There is also a great Mexican restaurant directly across the street from the house. The gas fireplace in the living area was cozy and perfect for the colder months. The rooftop patio is also gorgeous. Everything was extremely clean and the property management company was quick to respond any time we had a question or needed help with something at the house. We would love to return again!

Location, location, location!! We loved our stay at this airbnb in Newport Beach. Being right on the sand just a few blocks from the pier and so many restaurants and shops was such fun. I worried about privacy with so many people walking, jogging, biking etc right past our front sliding doors - but I realized the glass is mirrored, so during the day no one can see in. At night there are full shades - so privacy was not a problem. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed despite how small it was. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Great to have garage parking - but beware - it's a small spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 8 had the best stay! We traveled with 3 kids and 5 adults and had plenty of space. The home was bigger than we had anticipated, clean and welcoming and the location can’t be beat! The house was stocked with all kinds of beach equipment and it was 30 seconds out the door until you arrived at the beach! The beach was not very crowded since there isn’t much public parking nearby. We did have to drive to attractions, but that was no problem since there was parking at the house. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Newport.
