Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pelayos de la Presa

Excelente! Antônio foi muito gentil e atencioso, até guardou nossa bagagem enquanto fomos à Ávila. Espaço bem decorado e limpo, ele sempre respondeu prontamente.

We have been in Madrid many, many times. This is the best Airbnb in Madrid we’ve ever been to. Clean, quiet, spacious, easy to get in and out. The neighborhood is great for walking around and good restaurants and bars. The beds are comfortable . Bathrooms well equipted. The AC works. Hosts are very responsive. We’ve already booked a second time. We look forward to staying here each time we come to Madrid.

As first time visitors to Madrid, I felt like Nuria’s place was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s close to the palace, Retiro park, Gran Via, etc… it’s also a few steps to the metro station if you want to venture further out of town(we did a day trip to Segovia). I would stay there again if I come back to Madrid.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. The host was excellent. Great communication and sent area recommendations for all things. Very walkable to all things Madrid. Highly recommend host and apartment.

La estancia fue muy agradable, nos recibió Juan Carlos y fue muy amable, el piso está en una zona peatonal y céntrica pero tranquila. Restaurantes y cafeterías al lado. El piso es muy luminoso y está como en las fotos, muy limpio. Lo recomiendo totalmente, nosotros volveriamos

This was an amazing location and great experience from start to finish. The check-in instructions were super clear and made the process so easy which I appreciated since I arrived late in the evening. The apartment is incredibly spacious and the high ceilings added an airy feeling. Very clean in every space, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. I loved being on the top floor, away from any street noise. The location is top notch - busy enough that I felt safe walking around late and the bars/restaurants/cafes nearby were all small and cozy (no crazy loud nightlife). Every morning I would grab a coffee and walk 2 minutes to the park which was such a peaceful way to start the day. And a special shoutout to the communication and support I received after the airline lost my luggage. I reached out and immediately got recommendations on where to shop for replacement items. Absolutely loved everything here!

We loved our stay in this apartment for our three days in Madrid. Alan was super helpful and met us as we pulled in. He helped us figure out the best way to get there from the airport (Madrid taxis are awesome and easy). Apartment was just what we wanted and needed. Peaceful and relaxing. A great place to come back to after walking around the city all day. The area near Lava Pies was perfect for us. Older part of town and full of life but still chill. Would stay here again on our next trip back to Madrid. So mid to enjoy

Muy linda casa, todo lo que se necesita y mas, Rosario penso en todo para que el huésped se sienta como en casa, hace mucho tiempo que no tengo una tan linda experiencia por airbnb, muy personal, amical y humana. Gracias

Pasamos una estancia maravillosa, la casa está impecable y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Una pena que el tiempo no nos haya acompañado para disfrutar de la piscina. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables y muy rápidos en contestar. Muy recomendable

La casa es preciosa, sólo echamos en falta algún baño cerca de las habitaciones y habría que mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas de las habitaciones y renovar algunos cristales que estaban un poco rajados. y alguna silla de la terraza también necesitaría un repaso. los anfitriones han sido muy amables y nos han dado recomendaciones muy útiles. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y hemos disfrutado de la estancia. Esperamos repetir en otra ocasión.

Estuvimos en el piso con nuestra familia (dos niños) y la experiencia fue muy buena. El alojamiento estaba limpio, con toallas y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Aunque no conocimos al anfitrión en persona, la comunicación fue muy fácil y pudimos gestionar todo de forma remota, incluyendo una llegada tarde sin problema. No exploramos Navas del Rey ni los alrededores, ya que teníamos otros planes, pero el piso cumplió perfectamente con lo que necesitábamos. ¡Gracias!

Fuimos a pasar una semana en familia con niños pequeños y fue increíble. La casa es preciosa, con vistas muy bonitas, muy tranquila y tiene todo lo que se necesita, muy bien equipada para pasar días. Guillermo el propietario ha sido encantador y todo el rato pendiente de hacernos la estancia agradable. Nos sentimos como en casa. Volvería a repetir? Sin duda alguna, en cuanto pueda repito.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana entre amigo maravilloso, el alojamiento es una gozada, bonito, bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades posible… Volveremos sin duda

This Airbnb in Ávila was a hidden gem! Super cute space, walking distance to everything, and Marta was such a responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!

Mi marido, mi hija yohemos estado tres meses mientras reformábamos nuestra casa. Desde el primer momento sentimos el apartamento como nuestra propia casa. Es amplio, luminoso, tranquilo y con vecinos respetuosos. Es un lugar donde desconectar y descansar del estrés diario. Fernando e Isabel se mostraron muy atentos y cariñosos desde el primer momento, creo que su casa es un reflejo de ellos, cálida, luminosa y serena. Sin duda fue un gran acierto alojarnos allí.
