Hotel holiday rentals in Pekhri

Situated a few kms off the jeori-kalpa highway, it's a great accommodation for travellers going to the spiti valley. Mr. Jitesh and his family were extremely hospitable, and provided all the help that they could. The food was exactly how you'd expect-like home, and very delicious. The family who hosted us were very warm and made us feel like home, and we'd love to stay here again whenever the opportunity arrives to travel to Spiti.

The property is simply amazing. Perfect location with a natural pool, and river flowing at the back of the property. The room was super clean with all premium fittings and things like kettle, tea bags were also provided. Food was super delicious. 5 stars to the overall hospitality and the right place if one is in a mood to relax.

Great place to visit in nature's lap... Food is good, you will not get wifi but phone network is great for Jio. It's easy to reach Jalori pass from this hotel.

Lovely stay with Anirud and his family! they take great care of the place and create a very peacful familiar vibe. Infelt immediately at home thanks to homecooked food, a spacious garden chillout area and cozy rooms. Toilet facilities although shared were always very clean. Ani was also very helpful, he received me at night, helped me organize a trekking trip and so on. Full five stars☀️

Outstanding hospitality and beautiful home !! We had some great time at Kudrat. It felt so much like home. Hosts Bhavna and Sudhir were super flexible, transparent about everything -that it felt like we have come to some cousin's place in mountains. Always on their toes to fulfil our demands. We got to eat some mouth watering Indian & Conti food. Fresh breads and home made cookies. We also did a day trek to this beautiful village called Sharchi, how rustic was that. plus little bit of fishing in the tirthan river. I wish we had few more days to spend there. Would recommend others to go for at least 3 days. In short- It's a must visit valley and a must visit home

My two friends and I visited "For a while" in September 2016 and this was certainly one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had in my entire life. The sheer natural beauty of the valley alongwith the warmth of Debapriya, Shalini and the staff at For A While made this a magical experience for us. The attention to detail is hard to miss in this place. Right from the decor of the place to the constant communication by the hosts during our journey to their constant attention to our stated (and unstated) needs....made us feel at home even before we got to the place :) The place can be reached after a bumpy ride during the last stretch (of 2 km)....but it is totally totally worth it. This is perfect for anyone who wants to undergo a digital detox, just be in the lap of nature and experience small joys like climbing hills, walking along the river, collecting wild flowers or just chilling by the cottage with a book. Additionally, we were treated to lip smackingly delicious meals every single day wherein some of the ingredients were freshly grown in the vegetable patch nearby. Our evenings were spent over long conversations with the hosts and musings under a phenomenally starry sky. As if all of this wasnt enough....we actually saw two shooting stars and a rainbow! Such fun! On one of the days we drove up to the Jalori Pass (which is a 3 hour drive from here) and our hosts very thoughtfully packed a picnic basket for us....which we relished when we were starving during our hike. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the hills, valleys and rivers in a rustic and warm space....and rediscover the many joys that can be found by just wandering around :)

Nice room

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Spring, Tattapani. The lake-facing rooms offered stunning views, and the property’s natural hot water pool, rich in sulphur and other beneficial elements, was the highlight. It’s perfect for skin health and total relaxation – my wife, daughter, and I spent an hour in it and felt rejuvenated. The Ayurveda retreat features a doctor and spa; I enjoyed a deep tissue massage and steam bath, while my wife loved her Shirodhara session. My daughter had a blast with water sports like zorbing, paddle boating, and jet skiing. We also visited the nearby sand island, which gave off Goa-like vibes. The vegetarian food was delicious, and mornings started with another dip in the hot spring. The host, Mr. Prem Raina, was incredibly polite, humble person , For longer stays, you can explore their other property in Thandapani. Just 1.5 hours from Shimla, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for overwhelming Hospitality.

Very beautiful stay and food was amazing too

Very nicely built and the room we booked had the most beautiful balcony we ever stayed in a hilly place. Definitely it’s expensive than other properties, but if you truly want to experience the nature with luxury, it’s worth.

Wilderness homes is surely a must stay option if you are visiting Jibhi. Host Lalit and his team Rishi, Lata aunty, shampu make sure you stay here is homely and comfortable. The place is easily accessible and situated near market making it more better. Food is delicious 😋 And to top it u may also get to visit the unexplored and hidden gems of jibhi along with Lalit and Rishi. Thank you for making our stay memorable and so homely.

Thank You for the hospitality It's a new property in a village where there are just a couple of small homestays, though villagers are converting their old traditional houses into tourist-friendly homestays. The access was not as easy, but we were ready for it as wanted to see the village life of mountains rather than a tourist place where the markets and stays are commercialized. We reached there and were welcomed by Pankaj, a young lad from the Village itself. The room was fine with a view of mountains, and an open valley right in front of us. We got to have local food cooked by a lady from the village on the wood fire and tasted out of this world. We did not feel the need to go anywhere for a walk, though the caretaker insisted as it was already so beautiful and surrounded by nature and snow-clad mountains. We had a bonfire which was nice and we got to taste local wine from the village, though we could not buy it, as it was homemade by a villager for himself and not for commercial

Great place

My son and I were looking to rest in a peaceful and beautiful place. This lodge exceeded our expectations!! The pictures do not show how wonderful the rooms are. They are made of wood and stone, with many windows so that you can hear the river roar. Excellent place to rest, meditate and feed your soul with nature. There is no need to go anywhere, because they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at very affordable prices. They also did our laundry for us and arranged all the taxis needed to go to the Great Himalayan National Park and back to the airport in Chandigarh. The host took care of every single need we had. Amazing stay!! Would have loved to stay longer. Recommend 100%!!!
