Great place, very warm hospitality

The house is about a half a block from the Main Street of Mouzaki where there are plenty of cafes and places to eat, grocery stores, etc. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Polytimi's summer house is located in a wonderful place: secluded in a preserved natural environment with private access to the beach and amazing views on the Ambracian gulf and still close to Vonitza and its nice family atmosphere. The house has a great garden and 3 covered terrasses and a private deck by the sea so you can spend most of your time outside. The house is well equiped and comfortable. Polytimi is living nearby and still very discrete and it's nice to discuss with her and get her recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants and farmers' markets in the area!

Great place near the castle and church. Easy walk into Trikala, rooms were spacious and clean and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Everything was great, we loved the house and the patio with the garden. We had everything we needed for our stay, including some welcoming gifts from our host. The location is a bit far from the beach, but this wasn’t a problem for us as we had the car to move around and explore the area. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and also good restaurants with great food. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

Fantastic house with spacious and very thoughtful spaces. It is ideal for 2 families with children. It is on a central street that open it all the time in case of snowfall and very close to the central square of the village and taverns. Neraidochori is a beautiful village. Konstantinos is very helpful. We'll definitely revisit it. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous! The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. You walk up the path to the villa among beautiful trees, jasmine, mandevilla plants in full bloom and it was a delight to see. Lampros was very charming, met us and showed us around the apartment and we settled in straight away. The front terrace is stunning with views of the sea and a perfect place to chill and relax. The apartment is a short walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket, bakery very close by. It was perfect base to explore the area and there is so much to see and do. We loved our visit to the monastery of Zalongo; Arta, Preveza and Parga; all within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the closest restaurant Aiolos and the meal at The Fish Restaurant (basically dining on the terrace of a family home) was amazing and the family were so friendly. Our favourite meal was lunch at ll Mindo di Mare in Preveza. Villa Avocado 5 stars ❤️?

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

This villa is one of the nicest places with that we have stayed. The view is incredible and it has every amenity that you would need. It is very very clean and our host was absolutely amazing. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and we were provided with many tips on what to see in the local area. What is important to know is that this area in central Greece is perfect for vacation and we do not believe that many people from the United States know about it yet. Ioannina is excellent as a homebase. There is a variety of things to do as the town is large enough for a reasonable size airport and the downtown area near the lake is great. Surrounding the town is an area of incredible natural beauty. If you are the type of traveler I would like a very comfortable,quiet, safe place to stay in an impeccably clean house big enough for several couples that also offers privacy, and then go out to explore a mix of city and some places “at the end of the road” this is it.

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

Absolutely love it. Evritos villa is a great place to enjoy a peaceful stay and lovely surroundings. Views are amazing. Peaceful and very quiet location, views are breathtaking. George was a very nice host, he communicated with us in a respectful and responsive way, and provided everything we asked for and more, he even provided us with some logs and stuff for a bbq. Highly recommended!! Dont hesitate to book.

The residence was impeccably clean and exuded a delightful warmth and coziness. Its traditional decor creates a charming family ambiance. A scenic 5-minute stroll through natural landscapes leads to the picturesque town. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious layout is ideal for accommodating large groups, especially families with kids. I highly recommend this place.

Our week-long stay at Villa Manolia was simply memorable! The villa is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and offers all the comforts. Host Fotis was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. Even before we arrived, he was ready for questions and gave us valuable tips. Upon arrival, he welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The location of the villa is ideal - quiet and idyllic, yet close to major attractions. The garden and the pool area are superbly maintained and offered the perfect place to relax. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail that Fotis brought to the villa. From the stylish decor to the little touches, everything was perfectly thought out. I can fully recommend Villa Manolia and Fotis as a host. It was a wonderful stay that left nothing to be desired. Thank you Fotis, for this great experience

What an AMAZING house, BEAUTIFUL views and wonderful pool. We had 12 people stay in both apartments and there was so much space and it was super comfortable with great amenities. The kids all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Make sure to type the name of the accommodation into your GPS versus the address or you will get a little lost. Maria was a lovely host and we will definitely be back.

The villa is tidy and has everything you need, Much more beautiful than the photos. The view is amazing, and the pool is big and clean. We didn't want to go hiking some of the time because it's so fun to be in the villa and indulge. Thank you so much for an excellent vacation.

was exactly the same as the photos. the space was spotless, very beautiful and comfortable. the host very good and kind provided us with a bottle of wine for a gift upon our arrival. it is quietly beautiful and close to Parga Preveza on the Acheron river for activities. yet the house is a must to have a pleasant time in the private pool and sauna inside the house

Wonderful home, even better host. Beware of neighbor's dog. Antigone was responsive and helpful, and her home was perfect for our family. She even went through trouble of finding and mailing me a camera we had left behind. The one caution I would share with future visitors is to be careful when walking outside of the compound because of neighbor's dogs. One got loose and bit a family member in the leg, which resulted in a trip to the hospital, stitches, and a police report (the same dog eventually bit the police officer investigating the matter). I can't blame Antigone for what her neighbors do, and the compound itself is secure from intruding animals. And if we can write a 5-star review, despite the dog bit, I think that speaks to the property and our interactions with Antigone.
