It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

This tiny studio has its own covered outdoor table and chairs within a lovely garden area and front door access from the front courtyard. Smart Tv on wall. The town centre of Rockingham is only a 5 minute drive away with restaurants,cafe's,cinemas and other entertainment.Train station is also only 5 minutes away.

Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.

Please be aware that we don't provide breakfast. Tea, coffee , milk, orange juice are provided. Two hot plates, microwave, frypan, etc ,barbecue for cooking use.
