Holiday rentals in Pedara

Marco’s villa was just what we needed. We were two elderly couples, with lots of traveling experience. We needed a place with two bedrooms and two baths, and this villa fit the bill. Outside, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It was only a couple of minutes drive from the center of town. The villa had a beautiful garden around it, which made it peaceful. The villa was clean and comfortable, and gave us space when and where we needed it. The kitchen was fully operational but we only needed the basics, which Marco had provided. All in all an outstanding experience.

Without hesitation, I can say this was one of the most amazing stays/experiences I've ever had while traveling. There were eleven of us including children and the villa was absolutely perfect for our week-long holiday in Sicily. First of all, communication with the host was flawless and the hospitality was first class. The keyholder went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and we received little treats nearly everyday which only added to our satisfaction. If there was an issue, the keyholder made sure it was immediately taken care of without question. Regarding the villa, it is spectacular! You can get lost in it while exploring the hallways and towers -- the kids thought they were living in a real castle. While it's not in pristine condition, the little imperfections add to the homely feel of the place. The infinity pool and pool bar are also highlights of the villa, and they're perfect for lazy afternoons and enjoying the views of Mt. Etna and surrounding countryside.

We had a lovely stay at Michele’s place. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The large outdoor space made our holiday really special. Michele keeps the garden beautifully neat and tidy, and the surrounding area is very peaceful, so it was a pleasure to spend time outside. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, although it was a bit on the cool side when we were there at the end of May. The little terrace area was a real sun trap, so ideal for sun bathing and warming up after a dip. The lawn is shaded by beautiful mature trees, which must be lovely in the hotter months. The property is close to Etna National Park and as well as doing a guided trip up Etna, we had some lovely hikes in the foothills and lower slopes of the mountain. (I downloaded the AllTrails app to find local walks). Michele was a very considerate host and always ready to help with anything we needed. All in all, it is one of the best properties we have stayed in.

One of the loveliest things about good Airbnbs is when the people who own the venue take so much time and interest in greeting you at the property as did Maria Anna and Fabio. This is a beautifully laid out and presented house with all mod cons, clean and spacious in a small town in the foothills of Mount Etna. Pedara is not the prettiest of towns but this house is a great place to come back to after a day of exploring in the area. One quirk about the property is that the kitchen is separate from the bedrooms and bathrooms so you have to go out of the house to access the kitchen at the back but that is not a big deal, nor does it detract from the fact that it is a truly lovely place to stay owned and managed by some really lovely people. De locatie is makkelijk te vinden. De douche is top. Meteen warm water en ook aangenaam. Ik zou zeker snacks en eten voorzien als jullie ik de avond aankomen. Er is een Lidl 15 min. rijden van de plek maar het kan druk zijn. De communicatie met haar tante is wat moeilijk omdat ze niet goed Engels begrijpt of kan spreken. Veronica is bereikbaar voor vragen en je kan haar alles vragen per sms. Zelf was ze niet aanwezig toen we aankwamen.

Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

Elio was a great host! Super friendly and helpful. The place was comfortable and clean and our kids loved exploring the area. I didn’t love driving on Sicily and you did have to drive to get anywhere, but that wasn’t a big deal. If the listing looks good to you, you will enjoy your stay here.
