Mr Bart is a great host. Very attentive and very nice..Beautiful area, property is as listed. Very nice and clean. Alot of stores to tour. Mr. Bart makes sure you are ok at all times. I was in Ruidoso for work. The neighbors are very friendly. If you are planning to visit Ruidoso, please think about staying here. You will not be disappointed.

I grew up in the area and have always loved nogal and have been fascinated by the mercantile so I was very excited to stay here. Scar was very accommodating and responded to all of my messages immediately. The little apartment is very comfortable and I loved the wood flooring. I hope I get time to visit again soon!

Nice house. Just a short walk to the Pecos river. Tom has a nice deck/grill set up by the river. The house is lovely and has a great sun room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

Chuck and Amy were wonderful host who commincated from the beginning of our stay to the end. They ensured everything went well and were responsive when any messages were sent. I would definitely be coming back to enjoy the cool crisp air with the natural surroundings that their place provided. Especially loved the wall of pasts guest. Would recommend 10/10.

Absolutely love the home I brought my team out for an event we sponsored so we needed a place that had enough room for everybody. We will definitely return. I just hope this house is available for our dates.

Everything was great

Better than the pictures. My family and I have one of our best weekends in a long time. Cabin is clean, beautiful inside and outside. Surroundings are safe and near everything. BOOK IT ! We definitely be back. ❤️
