Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pecos River

BEAUTIFUL, stylish stay. We loved this house, the top of range appliances and the back deck were highlights. We loved the side yard for doggy business, would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

So nice to be able to park in garage! The hot tub was a hit. We grilled steaks on the barbecue. Plenty of room inside. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our visit! We’ve stayed in this house previously and we really loved the new improvements that they have done since last year. The house was clean and neat. Perfect amount of room. Love the back yard hangout area! Great location and quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

This house is very cozy and cute and even has a game room in the garage, and a hot tub outside!the beds are very comfortable. Been traveling the US for two weeks and staying in various airbnbs and while they were also comfortable , I hadn’t been sleeping well. I passed OUT on this bed. Also there’s great antique shopping nearby! Got some amazing pieces at far better prices than we see in Austin or that I’ve seen in other bigger cities. If any guests like antiques I highly recommend Vintage Etc Antique mall (2127 50th St Lubbock, TX 79412). Family owned and operated by the sweetest people. Met the owner and her daughter. And they are very well connected to local antique shops and were full of recommendations.

Adrianna has taken all the extra steps necessary to make your stay comfortable. It’s the little details that made us realize this BNB was a step above most from the coffee and cream , phone chargers & extra tooth brushes etc. The home and linens were pristine clean , comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen, gas grill & hot tub all ready to go. I should also say that we had zero issues with neighbors dogs , as mentioned by another reviewer, that was not an issue for us. We were definitely pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway golf trip with friends! Great location as well!

A Stay Above The Rest was the perfect weekend home away from home for my family. The listing was accurate and looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I could recommend is to bring your own coffee, as the only coffee grounds available were decaf, and even then that is just personal preference! The hot tub was a relaxing plus to our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house itself was cozy, the kitchen was good, although there are enough good restaurants in town to eat at during your stay to not have to cook. We would rebook again!

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. The location is easy to get to, yet secluded enough to feel like it’s in the trees. The patio is where we spent the majority of our time grilling and just hanging out. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the essentials for cooking a great meal, or just having a morning coffee. The bedroom downstairs was a pleasant surprise for our inlaws, it was private and it allowed them to have time away from the “main” part of the house. This cabin is cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The communication from the host was phenomenal. When we come back to Ruidoso, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you SO much.

Great place for relaxing with the family. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely and peaceful outdoors.

This listing needs better photos or a video because they don’t do justice to how spacious and amazing this place really is. It’s super clean, and the grill is connected to a gas line, which made grilling easy without having to worry about propane. I brought my six kids and we had an absolute blast. The game room was a hit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The jacuzzi, 2.5 bathrooms, and two kitchen tables make it perfect for large groups. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cuddle Up cabin is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or longer. The cabin itself is nicely furnished, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable, living room was good for family lounging, and the hot tub was perfect and relaxing after exploring Ruidoso all day. Instructions were provided and clear. Local recommendations were appreciated. Our only complaint is the lack of clothing storage so we really had to just live out of suitcases, which isn't that big of a deal, more of a convenience thing. Overall five out of five, would rent again!

Peaceful location bordering FS with trailhead. Hiking and trail running right out the backdoor. Pet paradise for the outdoor adventurous pups.

We had a great time here. Super clean, comfy beds & nice linens. Lots to do within less than 10 min drive. Sweet deer in the yard in the mornings & evenings. We enjoyed the hot tub and great game room w/ pool table & foosball. Would come back again:)

Brian’s place is gorgeous! While the road to get there has a lot of potholes near the end, we got used to that. The end result was completely worth it. Beautiful creek right in front. Kept the glass doors open most of the time so we could listen. Adorable little hummingbirds visited right on the front porch and made the cutest chirping noises. We all enjoyed the hot tub. And we simply walked farther up the road for a “hike”- beautiful. Loved it so much we decided to just hang out one day instead of go anywhere. And cooked there twice. It is in our top 5 of Air bnbs. (And we’ve been to a lot) We all LOVED it!
