Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Lovely remodeled separate basement suite in a 1905 house! 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry. Stays naturally cool below 72 F all summer (if windows are opened in the morning). Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and Moda Center (20 min). Great fit for those out and about during the day, but want quiet at night. Squeaky clean, but no cleaning fee and no check out chores! This listing supports a public teacher.

The neighborhood is easily walkable. Self check in, Full kitchen with basics for cooking, AC, W/D, Comcast cable with HBO in bedroom and living room with access to sign into streaming services, WiFi, free street parking via digital residential guest pass will be provided.

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.
