La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Cari ospiti ho ristrutturato completamente l'alloggio e fornito di comfort per rendere il vostro soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Troverete elettrodomestici (frigo, lavastoviglie, forno, forno microonde, lavatrice ) nuovi e condizionatori. Cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili e biancheria, così come il bagno con ampia doccia .L'ambiente è accogliente ampio e luminoso. Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie petite maison proche de la mer où il ne manquait rien. Le quartier est très calme. On entend juste un peu l'autoroute, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Deborah est adorable, accueillante et a toujours le sourire. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances et la remercions pour tout.

Chiara a été d'une très grande gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. l'appartement était très confortable, très très bien équipé, nous avions de l'eau fraîche et tout le nécessaire de base(huile, café, sucre, sel etc...) le logement était calme et frais grâce a la climatisation. nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir chez elle lors d'un prochain séjour.

The stay with Martina was just perfect. From the beginning I felt very welcome by Martina and her family. The accommodation is even more beautiful than I expected from the pictures and I really liked it. It is very bright and friendly, furnished with love and equipped with everything you could wish for a stay. The terrace with the view of the sea and the mountains is simply fabulous and was my favorite place. The accommodation is very easy to reach by car and within a few minutes drive you have a very good selection of supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. The warm, helpful, friendly and open nature of martina made the stay perfect. From the first moment I felt at home and it was very difficult to leave. She supported and helped me with every question. Thank you very much for the great time and I look forward to spending a few weeks with you again.

Alles super .👍🏻Tolle große Wohnung mit großem Garten eingezäunt und Parkplatz. Bisschen steil geht’s von Strand hoch ,aber gut zu laufen zum Strand. Für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Auch mein Hund hat es sehr gefallen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit Wetter ,es war kalt aber mit Heizung war es ok. Beste Zeit denke ich im Sommer. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit.Gerne würde ich bei Wärmere Zeiten wieder kommen und weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Arrivedeci

L’appartamento si trova nel centro di Borghetto, a due passi da Servizi e spiaggia, forse qualche problema di parcheggio ma al vostro arrivo sicuramente Damir vi accoglierà anche con un posto libero in prossimità della casa. L’interno è ben curato e fornito di tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno.

Very clean and tidy flat on the first floor. The flat has a small kitchen, good living room, bathroom with a bath, balcony and a big bedroom, and it is located in a safe gated complex. The pool was very well maintained and we got to meet many friendly people there including the lifeguard. Stefano is a fabulous host, he was very helpful every time we contacted him and he responded to our messages very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's place and we would definitely consider staying there again when back to Ceriale which is a lovely town.

Self check-in was essy with clear instructions. The studio is in a very quiet location. We slept very well under the beautiful old brick arch. It was raining so we didn't use the garden whixh looked very nice. There is a take-out pizzeria on walking, which is very popular so its best to order early to avoid a long wait. Mind you that there is no wi-fi, but we had some cellphone reception despite the thick brick walls.
