Lovely apartment in the heart of Dinan, a few minutes walk from all the historical attractions, cafes and restaurants. Big, very well equipped apartment with a lovely terrace which was a real bonus. Pascale was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome, nice touch with the Breton biscuits and cider when we arrived. Would love to stay here again!

The accommodation is perfect for excursions to Nantes and the surrounding area. The machines de l'ile are a few hundred meters away, most of the sights in Nantes are within walking distance. We spent a few nice days in Nantes, Luc also gave us a few tips for excursions. Thank you for the time.

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful little house with rustic decoration, a real favorite that is confirmed once on site. We may be close to a road but it's totally quiet, an accommodation that I will recommend to those around me.

Comfortable and well-equipped

Beautiful house, very well-equipped and very clean. We stayed there with 2 young children for one night for a weekend at Futuroscope, which is only a half-hour drive away. The garden is beautiful with games for children and without any neighbors. The view is also beautiful. It is very quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a very pleasant stay in this typical house ideally located in the center of Jard-sur-Mer. Angelique is very responsive and available, attentive to our needs, very good advice. As a bonus, gifts to welcome us: a local brioche and a bottle of wine!

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the breathtaking view of the port and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small supermarket and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a double bed instead of a triple. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe. The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
