The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. Let's come back for sure!!!

First I want to congratulate Joel for the service and courtesy in fulfilling my requests and for treating us as if we were long date friends! Very polite and courteous. About the stay, undoubtedly, a very pleasant place, well located, organized, clean, with all the necessary items to prepare meals for large and super cozy family. We didn't lack of anything, there was everything working and in perfect condition. The condominium employees are helpful and attentive. We had good communication, the environment is very familiar and you can walk to the water park. My family loved it, we didn't want to leave. For sure, this will be one of our favorite locations.

Marvellhosa stadia! I have nothing to say. Seu Alberis was of excellent service and communication, from the first contact. The site is very well taken care of and has every possible support of appliances and utensils, my wife and I do not miss anything. It even has a washing machine, all in great operation. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. The town is great, you can go to the beach walking quietly, it's okay to say on the corner. very good indeed, I will go at other times.

The house itself is spectacular. It doesn't make you want to leave there ever. All organized, all the necessary utensils available, bedding, towels, everything! Clean pool, all too nice. The location is great too, the street is super calm but soon there is an avenue that goes to various markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super solicited and pleasant to talk about. So everything was perfect. We love it too much!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just a little detail: some items in the kitchen were not exactly as in the pictures, but nothing that hindered our experience. I chatted directly with Diego so that some minor adjustments are made to improve the guest experience. We definitely intend to go back again!

It's the typical simple but super cozy beach house, with everything in perfect working order! We've rented the house several times and we've always been super well received! We're already counting the days to return.

the condominium is very nice, it looks like a villain. The house is super well located, close to the swimming pool. The house deserves some adjustments: The air-conditioned room is very hot, I missed a blender and small items, but nothing to compromise the stay. It was two very pleasant!!

Michele was super attentive and gave all the necessary support. She quickly and effectively managed and handled some setbacks. Spacious, wooded and very quiet.

The apartment is small and works well for two people. It can be hot in the summer, but it has air-conditioning and a fan available. The hospitality and kindness of the condominium concierge are essential to understanding the ground rules and how to find your way around the condominium. It is in the center of the city of Paulista, which is great for those who are in the city for work.

New, comfortable and well-maintained house. All bedrooms have suites, and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The house was clean and organized, offering Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and YouTube. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet atmosphere, with a table in front of the pool ideal for family moments. Parking in front of the house. Mr. Felipe has always been available , attentive and helpful. We recommend it and intend to return. Thank you for everything Mr Felipe !

The place is great for being with family, lots of nature and tranquility. I was greeted by the housekeeper, extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The house was very clean and had utensils in the kitchen like dishes, pots and silverware that were very helpful in our stay. We enjoyed the fruits of the time and were amazed by the nature. During the night, we ate around the fire pit and had good conversations. It was remarkable to realize that Sérgio takes care of the place thoughtfully.

Leonardo and Tuana were very partners at all times! We were offered to help us with the fair and gave us complete freedom to enjoy their corner with great tranquility. The house is great, very beautiful and comfortable! The pool, a spectacle. I recommend your stay!

The stay was great. The house is exactly like the photos, large, clean and beautiful. The swimming pool and the garden are a delight! Flaviany is an excellent host, always responding quickly, kind, communicative and flexible. We spend excellent days in the house. We hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay, from the cleanliness, the education and the special We made the most of our holiday, the farm is cozy, quiet, with a lot of peace and good energy. The stay as a whole was great. The house, although stuffy on the first day, is better than in the photos. Very spacious and well divided. The pool is large, great for large families. Fábio is a very polite, attentive and helpful host. We would come back more often :)
