The house is big and well distributed, the kitchen is well equiped with all you might need for short or long stays, internet was working great, very clean, dowtown 10min, all rooms with AC.

the place is great, very well organized and located. The landscape near the residence is amazing! My family and I loved it. We were made to feel very welcome. Without a doubt we will return more often.

We stayed at Luan's house and it was a great experience! From the beginning, he was very attentive, answered all messages through the app chat and, after confirming the reservation, contacted us to align the details, such as location and delivery of the keys. When we arrived, we found everything clean, with the table set! We were received very carefully. Leomar, who was responsible for organizing the house, was also super helpful and attentive. The house is comfortable and spacious, with 3 suites, all with a double bed + a single bed. We went with 3 children and everything went well, thank God. The leisure area has a private pool, barbecue area and the condominium also has a pool. We all like it very much and we definitely recommend it!
