Our farm is idyllically located in a secluded location outside Thesenvitz, surrounded by fields and meadows, very large area (13,000 sqm) and completely fenced. It is located in the middle of nature between fields and meadows, the nearest place is 1.5 km away. Each apartment has a separate fenced garden section with garden furniture. The farm is very centrally located on Rügen, all highlights are reached in a maximum of 45 min drive time, the Baltic Sea in about 20 min drive time. The nearest town is Bergen (5min).

We are located approx. 5 minutes by car from the city of Bergen in the idyllic district of Stadthof. Due to the central location on the island of Rügen, you are within 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea beaches or 10 minutes by car to Boddenstrand. Our fantastically quiet location guarantees a relaxing vacation at our Westernreithof. Animal lovers and dog owners will feel particularly comfortable with us. As a nature lover, you can reach the existing lakes on foot or use cycling and hiking trails.

In the heart of Rügen, surrounded by fields and meadows, lies our vacation home. For us, the ideal place to experience nature, relax, and spend time with friends and family. From here, the island can be explored in all directions. Our Landkate has a modern-clear ambiance, furnished in a mixture of Nordic design, vintage furniture and Grandma Elisabeth's kitchen buffet. Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

Gepflegt und familienfreundlich, bietet die Ferienwohnung „Gerda“ gleich 2 separate Schlafzimmer und mit 45 Quadratmetern auch ausreichend Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt dabei in einer angenehm ruhigen Siedlung am Rand der Inselhauptstadt Bergen und dadurch keine 9 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum mit seinen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt.
Die traumhaften Strände der Insel Rügen sind mit schneller Anbindung in 15 Autominuten zu erreichen.

Cozy Vacation Apartment in the Cent

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

FIRST Sellin. Apartment YOLO. Sauna, Pool & More

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... So you better not be taller ;-)

Small time-out in the center of the island

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. You can reach many beaches from our accommodation in about 15 minutes by car - Prora Ostsee, Greifswalder Bodden and the large Jasmunder Bodden. Bergen, the capital of the island, offers all the infrastructure of a small town. It is a good starting point to explore the island - with public transport, bicycle and car.

Luxury apartment time out & sea

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

Cozy vacation cottages on Rügen

We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
