Villa holiday rentals in Patong Beach

Villa meets expectations. Removed somewhat from the city, we were able to discover several very local restaurants. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance or scooter. However, the villa is in a neighborhood with a mosque nearby. Prayer is heard at different times and alcohol is not available everywhere in shops or restaurants. The stay was really great. The villa is new, very clean and the quality of the services is up to the non-excessive price. Complex secured by the security staff who was very nice. Bua's team is responsive to questions and different requests. Transportation has been arranged to pick us up from the airport to the villa. I recommend the villa 👌🏼

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Great villa. Slightly apart from the noisy part of Patong. Cozy and quiet. Easy to communicate with the host. There are house keeping survive as well if you needed one.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family for two nights. Very clear communication with the host. They arranged transport from our hotel to the villa and from the villa to the airport. All on time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and plenty of space. We used grab to order food and managed to buy some beers from a local shop so we had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

The host was excellent — very welcoming and responsive. He even arranged cleaning services just as I requested, which was a great touch. The villa itself was perfect: clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute drive to Central Phuket Mall, so renting a car or using Grab for transportation is a good idea.

Our stay was from the first day on very friendly and welcoming. Penny and her team was outstanding and always helpful, no matter what we asked Penny had a answer🙏 We also requested a family dinner and Penny was cooking authentic delicious Thai Food which our family appreciated the hole stay. I rented this beautiful home for a girl’s trip of 10. It did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and the house manager Aom who also cooked us delicious meals upon request was very warm and welcoming. The housekeeper too did a great job keeping the house clean. The house is close to great restaurants and a beach. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. The villa looks just like the photos . Breathtaking !! The host was very responsive and accommodating . Would definitely recommend ! Book it . You won’t regret !!!!

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

Very helpful host. The villa is in great condition, convenient location. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a gorgeous view. Large infinity pool, stylish design, smart TV, excellent internet. The beach is 5–7 minutes by bike or about 20 minutes on foot. Thanks for the hospitality! Will definitely come back again. Would recommend!

The place was amazing and felt homey but what really stood out was Julian’s amazing service! The villa had everything you would need but if you would need more, Julian would go above and beyond. Will make this place my go-to for when I come back to Phuket next time!

The villa is even better than in the photos, with stunning views of Patong. The host is perfect: he can arrange a taxi and have scooters delivered directly to the house. The villa is cleaned every day by a very nice lady, and the host helped us find great tips. Excellent stay, I highly recommend Villa coco B!

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Really nice people and flexible hours. The house is really well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. The girl who received me is really nice. Worth the money. Really close to the center of Kamala and drove to Patong for 15 minutes.

I highly recommend staying at Naofel's airbnb, it's even better IRL than the photos esp. the entrance at night and exterior design. It has plenty amenities and is a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, next to Kamala beach which turned out to be our favourite in Phuket. The host is kind, very helpful and supported us throughout our stay. I would definitely come back!
