Good location, clean room, nice staff and good design

A nice and easily recognizable place to stay because it is on the side of the road. The distance between the place of residence and the mall is close (platinum, siam paragon, central world). Check-in is done by yourself according to the instructions given, because during your stay here there is no staff on duty at the reception. The condition of the room is as described in the photo, clean, cold air conditioning, spacious bathroom. Every day the room can be cleaned by the staff here.

You get what you're looking for. Very satisfied with the price / quality ratio. In the middle of the center and all the fun things are within walking distance. Recommended!

We were in Bangkok for a weekend and slept in this great AirBnB. The hosts gave us a very nice welcome and it was possible to check in earlier, even though we booked very spontaneously. The room is very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning works and the location is also great: it's quiet at night and during the day you can quickly get to many parts of the city that are worth seeing. Thank you for the lovely stay. If we are in Bangkok again, we will book this AirBnB again!

If you come to take a taxi and don't let the driver into the big parking lot, just turn in a small road next to it ~ Just walk through it and it will be very smooth, there are various convenience stores, massage stores, massage shops, and large shopping malls, very convenient!The room is very clean, the bathroom is very clean, towels are provided, shampoo and shower gel are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself.The owner is very nice, I'm very good at English, but she can all listen slowly and understand then haha. After checking out, I'll go out and wait for the car next to me and help me store my luggage. It's no problem at all ~ If I come back to this neighborhood next time, I'll definitely be back!

Host were friendly and nice. The building is in a quiet area, and not touristy at all. If you want to explore Bangkok, i'd recommend you to stay with this host. The room was spacious and breakfast was nice, Lek has one of the best Pad Tai and her helper also made very delicious fresh juice.

Very good stay spent in Bangkok, Clean, quality apartment, matches photos. The pool is a big plus and will allow you to admire the buildings of Bangkok in the distance. Some work outside, we won't disturb you any more than that. You will need to take Grab or taxi to then move around the city from the apartment.

Chaiwat and his sister are incredibly lovely and kind! It’s really been a pleasure to stay at their beautiful place. The bnb is an old historical house in the heart of Bangkok. It’s been renovated with elegance and style. Rooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and well organized. Every morning they offer a very tasty breakfast (sticky rice and mango and a bowl of fruit) with tea and/or coffee. They are always available for anything you need and you definitely feel home when you stay with them. My fiancée and I had a very lovely experience and we’ll surely come back!!

Clean, confortable and nice room . Only things , no kitchen and The place is Far from the CBD and all tourist place. If you need to stay 1 night before or after a plane it’s perfect.

Comfortable double room w balcony in an awesome location. Walkable to great restaurants, Talad Noi street art and China Town. Internal walls are thin so expect to hear activity from neighbouring rooms but this is quite standard for Bangkok and Thailand. Away from the main road so it was quiet at night. We were thankful to have a balcony and natural light as saw other rooms in this same location didn’t have this. Host was excellent communicator and it was super easy to check in. Communal bathroom would have benefited from more regular cleaning and top up of toilet roll etc but this wasn’t bad and didn’t affect us too much.

Such a good price, there is a private bathroom, great!😀 The host was very good. I was able to respond to messages in a timely manner. The housekeeper was also very kind and diligent. Stay for five days, like my own home, I can feel very comfortable staying! Would definitely go back😄😄

Very satisfied with this hostel. In a great area of Bangkok. The room was nice and clean. The AC worked well. Checking in was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again as it is close to the Blue line trains. Makes getting around the city very convenient

the perfect location, literally opposite the park—just what I needed. A great option for its price for 1-2 nights. The room is small, but if you don’t plan to spend much time there, it’s ideal. No noise from the street, a comfortable bed, clean, excellent water pressure in the shower. Super clear instructions on how to get inside—no need to bother anyone at check-in. Everything is very stylishly designed. There’s a café on the ground floor that opens at 8:30 AM.

David is the friendliest host on Airbnb! I booked 3 rooms for a work trip for my colleagues and he was an outstanding host, meeting each of them and sharing great conversation and tips, as well as having an amazing house/rooms! We are definitely returning to David's place for our next Bangkok work trip :)
