We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

Great stay in Eric’s apartment. Great location and very clean. Our only complaint is that the heater in the room with the bunk bed was very poor and did not seem to heat the room and it could get very cold, especially at night. The bathroom was also always cold with no way to warm it up. Other than that, we had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the town.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, well located and safe. I would definitely repeat it.

Central location, short walk to 2 main trail heads and park entrance both (takes credit card for park fees). Plenty of supermarkets, bars and food options. Great views of the mountains. All appliances and a washing machine.

Beautiful location and the porch was spectacular in all weather. Host was helpful and responsive. The space was both cozy and spacious at the same time. Highly recommend.

Excellent Cecilia's cabin, she is very welcoming and helpful!, always concerned upon the guest's arrival even when there were issues with the ferry.

Our stay was amazing, the house is very conveniently located and in a very safe area, just like the photos and with everything you need for everyday life, it lacks nothing, it is very cozy and accessible. Daniela a 7! She responds quickly to any questions and needs. We had problems with the car just the day we were supposed to leave and she made it very easy for us to solve it. We would totally come back, not only for the house but also for the good service and helpfulness.

This beautiful and modern stay is well worth the price. By the water and from rain protected by high mountains in the north and west. However, it can blow a lot and the water is very cold. Of all the comforts: beautiful kitchen, utility room and four nice bedrooms. Two spacious bathrooms. Communication with Valentina and Ana Maria was very smooth and friendly. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and safe place, with controlled access. The house was impeccable and with all the necessary elements to spend a few days of rest and relaxation.

We stayed at Lucas's place with a small child. The house was very warm and clean. The large kitchen was well-equipped with many useful utensils. There was a grill outside. Lucas was a wonderful host — always available, helped us call a taxi, and was constantly ready to assist.

Host was quick to respond, location was great, beautiful unit. We had one small issue which he solved immediately. Host was also very flexible - we asked for an extended check-out time, which is promptly agreed to. The location is fantastic - direct access to the lake, access to a pool/hot tub, stunning view from the unit itself. Very happy with our stay here, would highly recommend!

My stay in the apartment was very good, nice apartment, in a quiet place, green areas, equipped, clean, security, as described, Jaime is a good person always attentive to any doubt, I would definitely return.

We spent two nights as a family, with my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment is beautiful and clean, overlooking the lake and the volcano! The beach is next door! You can go back to the depa in the bathroom or look for something to eat. We stayed there as the beach is beautiful, with shades and sun loungers!

Very nice, comfortable and tidy apartment. Marcela was concerned that nothing was missing and responded quickly. I recommend it 100%, I'll be happy to go back!
