Close to Chamonix and Saint-Gervais, the apartment (about 45 m2 – 1 bedroom – separate toilet) is located on the ground floor of our chalet. Quiet, southwest facing (terrace), ultra easy access, new, bright, and cheerful. Close to everything (ski resorts, Mountain Store/Quechua, swimming and recreational lake, walks, Thermes de Saint-Gervais, Mont Blanc Tramway...) it is ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region. My 40 m2 apartment benefits from great comfort and a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). Its east/south/west facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Joli... Close to Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève and 10 minutes from Plaine Joux (skiing, paragliding, hiking...). Shuttle at the foot of the building.

Great week at Patrice and Sylvie's. Welcoming, available and good tips for exploring the surrounding mountains. Their accommodation is quiet but close to everything. A rare gem.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a whole week with our dog. The Airbnb is very cozy and comfortable and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with our change of dates and arrival time. They are really friendly and they make sure you have everything you need and that you have a good stay. Everything was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities as described in the listing. The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. The shower is super good. In addition, there is a parking in front of the house. The location is amazing, we loved Passy, just 30 min drive to Chamonix and very close to many hikes start point. There is a lot to do in Passy including a beautiful lake and a thermal park with spa. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for two nights. The apartment is very clean, cozy and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. The hostess is incredibly friendly and warm. We were particularly pleased with the delicious pancakes with chocolate that she made for us - a nice gesture! The transfer to the train station was also very nice and rounded off our stay perfectly. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Great place in a peaceful town that is very close to the mountains and Chamonix. There is a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by foot with a boulangerie. The terrace is amazing with a view to the mountains. There are lots of games for children and Patricia's garden is beautiful. Patricia is very nice and her daughter helped us with recommendations.
