Apartment holiday rentals in Passignano sul Trasimeno

Had an absolutely lovely stay - the location is brilliant as it’s in the main square, and the flat is gorgeous and super clean. There’s loads to do in the local area and it’s all very walkable. The host was so helpful!

Despite a location between a road and a railway, this accommodation remains very quiet, right next to a small green space...The trains are few and the apartment is well isolated...We mainly visited the towns and villages of Umbria which are splendid: Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assisi, ...and the proximity to Lake Trasimeno allows pleasant walks on the bike lane... Passignano attracts a lot of tourists... It was really a nice stay.

Great apartment and fabulous location! Would definitely rent again. We didn’t have a car but parking would have been easy right outside the major portals; some free, some paid. Cortona was great-fabulous restaurants and even better hikes and strolls through, around, and above the town

Antonia met us at the station to show us the best access route to the apartment. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good distance from both the train station and downtown and was equipped with the essentials for the stay.

Antonella was a great host and this was a very nice place to stay! The garden is very peaceful and the views are great.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

The stay at Mariella's Place was super. beautiful surroundings very peaceful. very nice homemade cakes for breakfast. the plus was the house dog Artù! thank you very much ❤️

This is a great location in the heart of montepulciano. You walk out of the unit and onto the main street full of restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with three bedrooms all with comfortable beds. There were extra pillows and linens, which are always helpful. We had all the windows open due to warmer weather with a nice breeze at night. Despite being right on the street, we did not hear any evening noise throughout the night sleeping was peaceful. The views from the apartment are exquisite.

For a stay in Camucia, this is the place. No need to look further. It's in beautiful surroundings, the apartment is brlliantly new and clean. It contains everything you need and if you want to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped. There is a double bed and a bed settee in the lounge. The balcony is large and perfect for sitting outside near the trees. Christina communicates brilliantly. She came to pick me up when my friend didn't arrive and her husband immediately fixed the wifi after a storm. This is a perfect Airbnb and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Francesca's place is great. she is a wonderful host.

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment. Awesome place to stay!

Beautiful stay in an idyllic setting! The agritourism located in Venarzzano is a haven of peace, ideally located to easily radiate in this beautiful region of Umbria and visit all the riches of the Etruscan heritage! From small surrounding villages high up (Tuoro, Cortona...) or on the edge of Lake Trasimeno (Passignano, Castiglione del Lago...) to large cities like Perugia, each site is a wonder! We'll be back!

Amazin relaxation! Great space, gorgeous view, and they even have an electric charging station!

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
