Beyond what we expected from day 1! We most definitely plan on staying again next year. The host went above and beyond with any and all of our questions and needs. If we could choose 10 stars, we would!! Thanks again David and look forward to next year!!!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this condo! The sunsets were gorgeous, providing a breathtaking view every evening from the huge balcony. The condo was well-supplied with everything we needed, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The hosts were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Located on the end of the building with amazing views on 3 sides. I was concerned about damage from the hurricane season but it looks like they know what they are doing to get things cleaned up. The condo was comfortable, not a lot of noise from other units. Other residents were very friendly, saying hello when passing. Deb recommended good places to eat. We liked exploring the lagoon and saw some fun wild life. Husband got pooped on my some creepy birds🤣 I had a calm close encounter with a Heron. I would stay again and recommend this host.

We had a wonderful visit to this house. Spent lots of time in the beautiful water. The house was even better than the ad described. We hope to be back again!

The house was absolutely amazing. Loved the kitchen. Direct boat access was perfect. House was in pristine condition very clean will be staying here in the future for sure!!!

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

Its a great deal for the luxury condo, hosts are always fast to respond and helpful. Awesome decoration and large balcony spectacular view.

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

This property was great for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the layout for hanging out together for the day but then great for portions of the party to go to bed while others were still up. Outside furniture was great for relaxing out of the sun. Pool was very warm.

The host, Sophia, was very helpful and receptive! We come to this area often and would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It was really cold while we were visiting so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the outside amenities. Everything you could possibly need is within a couple miles. Highly recommend Brooklyn Bagels (homemade bagel shop). We also went to Crystal River to swim with manatee.

The home had everything we were looking for. It was comfortable, clean, and all essentials were provided. The dock was long enough to accommodate our boat, and there was ample parking for our truck and trailer in front of the house. The host was easily reachable for any questions.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

We loved the condo! Everything was as described in the listing. The view was beautiful. The neighbors (condo residents) were very nice and friendly…even when I broke a rule ( accidentally) they were very nice about it and in letting me know. We did feel the a/c did not work—hitting 78 in the afternoon and the property owners must know due to the many fans in the condo. But we were gone most of the time and it was cool at night. We would definitely rent again!

Chris and his staff were great to work with for our trip to Florida. They were extremely helpful with answering questions and offered suggestions for things to do and were to visit. Their response time is quick and thorough. They were just great people to work with for our vacation. The condo is beautiful and clean. It has a great view of the lagoon. The neighbors are friendly. We had a wonderful time. I wish that I could take this condo to everywhere I vacationed. Thanks for the great vacation condo!
