Very nice location but unfortunately i found so many hair in the carpet in front of the tv maube its from the previous renter But we can have late check out at 12 pm so its ok lah

the house is very good for gathering. 1. spacious 2. between the dining room, the living room, and the living room is delimited by an open model/There is a window, so even though it is in a different room, it is still connected 3. cooking and eating equipment Very complete 4. Very clean 5. There are several food stores including vegetables and fish nearby 6. easy access 7. I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

this place was great, i loved the view, loved watching the sunrise over jakarta from above the clouds. it was quiet, clean, everything was wonderful.

Stay here for 2 nights, The place is clean, minimalist, the kitchen equipment is complete, close to The Park Pejaten mall and street food, parking is still free , access from the parking lot to the room is easy to find. For entertainment, there is Netflix, Vidio and YouTube. The rooms have fast internet network. The owner also friendly and fast response, be happy to stay here

Really a gem here ! Endang is very very responsive and flexible host. The appartment is small but has everything every detail. I never had to ask for something because everything was there literally . Very clean with extra sheets towels everything is available. Neighbours calm and not noisy. security kind and helpful. I recommend

We stayed a week & loved Tri's place! - Great host! Very prompt response to questions/ concerns. Gracious and hospitable. Welcomed us with complimentary food inside the fridge. - Location in South Jakarta is peaceful & relatively quiet even if traffic can be heard outside, accessible to Grab & 30 mins-1hr drive to major Jakarta landmarks, has own Indomaret, 10-15 min walk to nearest mall with good prices compared to major Jakarta malls, good security, friendly & helpfull staff, has pool & playground. - Unit has all amenities listed & comfy for 4 people. Very well-designed for style & function. Toiletries, towels, & beddings provided. Water dispenser, washer & oven very useful. Had electrical limits but we appreciate it as a safety feature & was able to work based on Tri's instructions. Fast wifi. Great view. We'd like to come back when we have a chance to return to Jakarta for another BTS concert. Thanks so much Tri for hosting us!

Definitely worth staying. You are in south Jakarta in the best neighborhood with everything around you. I enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.
