This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, chickens, and a Miniature Donkey. *Please pet the animals at your own risk* Pets are allowed without restrictions on breed Please enjoy the miles of walking trails behind the cottage.

Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

From the large covered patio of this little cottage, you can watch the horses, see our largest pond, eat your meals if you choose, and marvel at the beauty of nature. You can also book our hot tub patio, swim in our creek, fish in our ponds, hike our many miles of farm roads and woodland trails, use our Game Barn, and sip wine as you watch the sun set behind the mountains.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
