Mas hermoso que en las fotos, muy comodo, muy buenos con los horarios para llegar antes, lo zona es linda no hubo ningun problema y los ruidos no eran molestos.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente, contestó todas nuestras dudas! En líneas generales limpio y muy lindo depto!Si van con niños, es un 1er piso y es alto el barral pero no tiene red. Bastante tranquilo para la zona en la que se encuentra, super recomendable!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

The condo was spotless, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso maker-nice touch) also extremely comfortable bed. A true home away from home feeling.

Me hospedé durante dos meses en el departamento de Pablo. Tal cual las fotos. La única consideración es que de noche quizás es un poco ruidoso por el tráfico en la avenida, pero logras acostumbrarte.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would like to highlight the things we appreciated most: The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern, good-quality furniture. The TVs are excellent, . Another important point is the level of service — Michael was always available and very responsive, which made everything easier and more pleasant. The location is also quite good: there are many options nearby for grocery shopping and cafés, and Recoleta is within a reasonable walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay!

The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything needed for cooking was available, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt comfortable during our stay. A couple of suggestions: adding rugs in the bathroom and the room would be nice, and during our stay at the end of May, it was a bit chilly — the air conditioner struggled to heat the space. Still, we had a pleasant experience. Thank you to the hosts!

Todo impecable. fuimos a un evento en parque roca, me quedaba super cerca. Verónica nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde antes de llegar. El complejo entero es 10/10. Para recomendar, nosotros seguro vamos a volver!

feliz con la estadía! el loft muy cómodo y completo con cada cosa que necesitamos para cubrir la vida diaria, cocinar, lavar ropa, descansar, disfrutar del jardín divino que Emilia, cuida con mucho amor, disfruté de ver a mi mascota "Octavio" como aprovecho mucho el espacio super motivado con todo. No nos queriamos ir!!! volveremos
