Apartment holiday rentals in Parque das Nações, Lisbon

LUX was very comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the St. George castle and the old city. Patricia was so nice. When we had a couple small challenges, she immediately responded kindly and helped us out. We loved the welcome gift. The balcony was fun. The area is wonderful to walk in, near Avenue de Liberdade but still so peaceful. Trees everywhere! The bed was cozy. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Loved being on the top floor. Big view windows and doors that completely open up.

Beautifully presented and clean apartment. Great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, riverside walk and many other amenities nearby to include the Aquarium and Shopping Center. Short walk to public transports with great connections to either Lisbon or Porto. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended.

Modern and comfortable apartment. Super clean. Great location with grocery stores, retail and parks nearby. The air-conditioning functioned well but we rarely needed it due to the apartment’s open air flow and large windows. Large bathrooms, each with a shower and tub. Highly recommended.

A very quiet and clean place

We had a great 4-night stay at this lovely apartment in Sacavém. The area is peaceful—perfect for relaxing after exploring Lisbon and Sintra. Parking can be tricky, but Nuno kindly reserved a spot for us with his car and waited until our late arrival at 11:15 PM. That thoughtful gesture made check-in so smooth—huge thanks to him! Public transport is nearby, though we mostly used Uber, which worked well. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a comfy bed—ideal for recharging after long days out. Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of towels were also appreciated. Nuno was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a Lisbon trip. Highly recommended!

André was an excellent host. He helped us with an early check-in. He also responded very fast to replace a damaged light. The apartment was comfortable, and it was very close to the metro

This is truly an amazing place, and Iza was so friendly, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t recommend it more and we hope to return someday! Guests should be prepared for a short but steep walk to get to the apartment from the ferry which takes you to Lisbon. The apartment was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered with things we didn’t. The kitchen was well appointed, even had spices we needed to cook, and Iza was kind enough to have some snacks waiting for us. She also accommodated us checking in early because our flight arrived in the morning, and offered us great recommendations during our stay. We couldn’t ask for more; truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

Place was as described. Parking makes things much easier, great places within walking distance. Market and cafe below the apartment are a definite plus.

Very pretty place. Beautifully organised, with every necessary convenience. We spent most of our time in the backyard under the lemon tree, and the room overlooking the backyard. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The location was perfect for us. A 10 minute walk to a shopping mall, grocery store and a 15 minute walk to our friends apartment and the Metro. When we had issues accessing the TV, Monica's parents came over to help and later her husband stopped by to assist. Very responsive to any of our needs. We have already recommended this apartment to our friends.

From the moment you step through the outside door into the hall with its painted murals and peacocks, you know you're into something special. The flat itself is airy, cool and spacious, with a wonderful view from the 4 French windows of its sunny internal loggia over to the dome of Sta Gracia and the River Tagus. It is extremely well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and unspoilt, with several excellent cafés and restaurants. We were delighted with the welcome from Rodrigo, and in particular his hot tip for dinner on our first night. The 735 bus from the centre of town is a godsend after a busy day's sightseeing. It was a wonderful 6 days and we (and our friends) will certainly be back.

We found Ricardo's place after being abandoned by our previous host 20 mins after touching down in Lisbon. And it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Ricardo is the most empathetic and genuine hosts out there. We explained our situation to him and he ensured that he will get his apartment ready in time(despite having errands to run.) He even came till the bus stop to pick us up and helped us carry our bags to the apartment. Despite having very little time to set up the apartment we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a handmade fridge magnet and a post card. Quite possibly our best check in experience ever. The apartment itself is beautiful and cosy and massive props for the outdoor garden that gave us lots of sunlight to soak in. From a location POV the apartment is close to the Roma Arerrio station which is great for day trips to Sintra and other towns as well as for local travel. All in all we loved our stay at Ricardo and Patricia's place.

Listing was the same as in the photos. Arrival with clear instructions. António sent us lots of interesting addresses to have the best stay in Lisbon. The negative points are the noise of the planes even at 2 a.m. and the apartment is slightly out of the way. But there is a bus stop in front of the driveway for 2.20 euros.

I stayed here during a conference at the MEO Arena. The location is great, and the views are spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay here while on a short trip to Lisbon. The apartment was exactly as described, check in and communication from Ines was seamless. The apartment is a little outside Lisbon city centre but getting there is very easy and cheap, plus the area is quiet and more “local” which i appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartment met expectations for a good price. There were four of us and we all had a separate bedroom. Somewhat outside the center, but with Uber, it's perfectly accessible for little money.

The apartment is great. Clean, bright, airy and with all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was perfect. The space is quite large. Everything seems designed for the guest's well-being. There is no subway and train station nearby, but there is a bus and it is easy to order Uber/Bolt.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Tried to make sure we were comfortable. Great location. Fabulous coffee store just steps away.

We had a great stay at Chiho & Nuno’s place. The apartment is spacy and located in a quiet street. We also appreciated quick and helpsom communication during our stay. Would definitly reccomend this apartment when planning a trip to lisbon.

We were in Ricardo's apartment for the third time. He has completely renovated the apartment this year and installed a brand new kitchen and laid new flooring, and the electrical appliances in the kitchen are also new. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the evening, you can relax wonderfully in the whirlpool. The apartment is superbly located for sightseeing in the city. Next door is the Lidl supermarket and in the same building an Auchan in which you can perfectly cater for yourself and grill on the existing roof terrace. A big plus and extremely rare is the underground car park with a parking space for the car for excursions. There are no outdoor parking spaces in Lisbon and that's why there is a parking space in the underground garage. Perfect.

Joaquim was very helpful with the tour and how to use control boards. Attentive and quick to respond. The apartment was perfectly located, super clean, and spacious. Would definitely come back. 5 stars
