Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Parque Chacabuco

We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

The whole stay was excellent!!

The place is amazing! Very well located, in a region where you can enjoy most of the tourist spots on foot. The apartment was very clean, very well maintained, and it is super cozy.

Optimal accommodation, the instructions were clear and we even received the keys a little before check-in time since we arrived early. Good experience and very well located. We would definitely do it again!

Emilio's place is conveniently located in the Palermo neighborhood. Many sites within walking distance, many local shops, several metro stations. The private terrace on the top floor is perfect and well-equipped just like the rest of the apartment.

Location, location, location. A cool, vibrant neighborhood with a lot to see and do and a variety of restaurants, all within walking distance. The living area and kitchen were nicely renovated and the terrace was great for morning coffee and evening wine and cheese. Would definitely recommend it.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

Entering the property is very easy and the apartment was impeccable, as shown in the photos. It even had a station with coffee, tea and water available for when you arrive tired. Cozy place and exactly as the photos. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking to be close to good restaurants, bars and subway to get to know the city of Buenos Aires. The access and exit was very smooth, the apartment is great and would be the first place I would think of booking when I return to Buenos Aires
