The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The house is in a quieter area of Palermo, but very close to all the restaurants. We were greeted by Inês, who kindly showed us the house. The house is faithful to the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a couple and children! The heating system left the house well heated for the cold days. We felt at home and we would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Excellent experience, highly recommend the place! It was a pleasure to stay there. The apartment had all the things to meet the needs with its fair size. The aesthetics were very nice, that black and white, with its beautiful furniture and the super comfortable bed. The bathroom is a spectacle. The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.

The apartment is very beautiful and well located. There are cafes, markets and restaurants nearby. the apartment is complete. The tub is very good. Eduardo very friendly and attentive. He helped us from start to finish in everything that was necessary. Thank you.

Pablo was very responsive and very accommodating! He worked with us on coordinating check in and check out times around our flight itinerary. His place is in a great location to easily get to bus and subway stops! I highly recommend.

The apartment is new and is in a very nice place in CABA. It has many restaurants nearby and the center is relatively close as well. I thought it was bigger in the photos.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

It's easy to get in, everything is very clean and the location is ideal for going to the Movistar Arena
