This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Janette and Jerome were exceptional hosts. They were wonderfully warm, helpful, and responsive to questions. The place is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood about a 10-15 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and museums. I loved staying at their flat and highly recommended it to anyone visiting Auckland.

The apartment was great and spacious with sunny balcony in the morning. After reading previous reviews, I was hesitant to book it for my last min trip, and it appeared the they fixed damp carpet and dried it out as they said so we didn't have any unpleasant smell during our stay. Stairs were not a problem for us, just be aware. Enjoyed it and will stay again with my family.

We loved our stay here. Near lots of restaurants and shops. If you enjoy walking you can walk to most of the local attractions including the wharf, downtown area and Ponsonby. Petrena was a fantastic host. Lots of good recommendations and responded quickly to any questions we had. As people mentioned in previous reviews the driveway is steep but she also offers street parking which we used and found to be convenient. Although in the city the place was quiet and felt very private. We would recommend Petrena’s place to anyone visiting Auckland.

A wonderful AirBnB with a stunning view and great amenities. So helpful to have a dedicated carpark when travelling with kids. Mike was a fantastic host and provided both portacot and high chair for our stay. The apartment had all we needed and enough space for an extended long weekend stay. We loved the selection of pools in the complex and how close it was to everything.

Had an amazing stay at Howard and Tracey’s apartment. Was nice size for 4 people with lovely deck area, nice size bedrooms with two bathrooms which is handy. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, they also left us some chocolates and wine which was a nice touch. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the city.
