Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Parkdale, Old Toronto

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend at David’s place! Space was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sleek and modern- was the perfect home away from home. Great location with so many restaurants and bars in walking distance. In addition David was very flexible with our check out time and was able to give us a few extra hours before we left. Highly recommend !

Out of all the places I’ve stayed in over the years, this was definitely one of the best. The house was spotless, beautifully set up, and fully stocked with everything needed for day-to-day living.

Thank you for being wonderful hosts! The house was lovely. The hosts also went the extra mile after we left and forgot something valuable! They were so kind and helpful in reuniting us with it.

We truly enjoyed Tyrone's bnb, and Tyrone himself (and Maynard the pup too)--all very welcoming and personable. The place was very well-furnished and attractive, very comfortable, on a very pretty street, and very convenient to streetcars and buses. The spiral stairs to the bedroom/living room/bathroom floor were a little tricky with suitcases, though.

Beautiful home in a great location! Was able to walk to most places. Host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of awesome amenities in the home, which was very clean and well furnished.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this spot. Amazing communication, easy check in, spotless, cool decor…. And not to mention tons of small touches (eggs and milk in the fridge, snacks, seasonings, stainless steel cookware. It’s no surprise it’s rated so highly. Every Airbnb host could stand to learn a ton from Thi Ngoc. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was my second time spending time at Maksyms Airbnb and both times have been perfect. The place is just as advertised, very comfy and cozy and Maks was the perfect host both times around also. Would definitely recommend!

We were in Toronto to see a show at The Great Hall. Perfect location for walking to the venue and surrounding restaurants/bars. Clean, room enough for two and nice patio to relax and people watch. Cal was very responsive (within minutes) and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Sahara place is a gem! We felt right at home right away. There is a lovely deck accessible off the kitchen on which we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and simply sitting out enjoying the peace and quiet and beautiful trees. It’s an incredibly spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, which we used a great deal, and a full bath with bathtub, a winner for me.! Top notch stay! We would love to return!’ Thank you Sahar!

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean and bright, a very comfortable base to explore the area. The neighbourhood is really lovely, the beautiful High Park, coffee shops and restaurants are all within a short walk away. The hosts were very proactive with clear instruction, I particularly appreciated the labelling of the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, so there was no need to open every drawer or cupboard to get something, and they were always ready to help. We are very satisfied with this place and will definitely return when we visit the city.

Lovely tree lined , family friendly neighborhood. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

The place is spacious and comes with a lot of amenities. It is only a few minutes away from the bus stop, approximately 1 hour away from downtown Toronto if you utilize the public transportation. The host is very attentive, friendly and very quick to respond.

This apartment is fantastic! The location is great; we were able to walk to many nearby attractions. I will stay here again when I visit Toronto.

Khosro's Place was fantastic! I'd certainly stay here again! It's well-situated, clean, and has a perfect amount of space. Had everything I needed. Check-out was a breeze as well! so if you need to grab an early flight, they made it super easy!

The place was a great location! We went for a concert at Budweiser Stage and this place is very close with a very easy walk. We also enjoyed walking by the waterfront and discovered the beautiful Trillium Park. The place was exactly as described and was everything we needed for a nice visit to Toronto. Corey was quickly responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I absolutely loved the apartment! It was clean, felt like home and really liked the paceful balcony. The place in the center and very close to everything, so it was perfect for my stay. Also, the communication was Amy was very fast and perfect. Will definetly come back!

Super convenient area for getting around the city. Very clean and super friendly host.

The place was immaculate when we arrived, very clean and exactly as described. The view from the b&b was amazing and the balcony was an excellent place to sit and have a drink and watch the water. We enjoyed the access to the pool and the hot tub and the top floor gym was awesome with great views as well, the facility was very nice! Evelyn made everything simple and easy and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to Toronto.
