Villa holiday rentals in Parga

We stayed at the main villa for 4 days. There are amazing ocean views from all angels. The villa is modern and luxurious with a huge terrace on the top floor as well as a big balcony on the lower floor. There is also another separate two bed room apartment in the same building but luckily nobody was staying there so we had the whole place to ourselves The host, Sakis was lovely and so helpful. We had some trouble with the hotvwater and he quickly organised a plumber to resolve. The villa is a short walk to the town with shops and restaurants, although being on a cliff, it is a steep walk up and down.. We could easily find parking spots in town, and the villa also had four private parking spots. We had a private walk down to the ocean to swim from the rocks. These are steep steps so not suitable for elderly We loved the pool area with additional facilities, laundry and small kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Oikos. We all had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back again.

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

Με μεγάλη χαρά, έξι άτομα επιλέξαμε να περάσουμε το τριήμερο της Καθαράς Δευτέρας στο υπέροχο σπίτι της κυρίας Ευαγγελίας.Από την πρώτη στιγμή, εντυπωσιαστήκαμε από την ομορφιά, την ευρυχωρία και τον πλήρη εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού.Ήταν σαν να βρισκόμασταν στο δικό μας σπίτι.Η κυρία Ευαγγελία είναι, χωρίς αμφιβολία, μία από τις καλύτερες οικοδέσποινες που έχουμε γνωρίσει ποτέ. Με την ευγένεια, τη φιλικότητα και τη θερμή φιλοξενία της, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν μέλη της οικογένειάς της. Είχε προνοήσει για κάθε πιθανή μας ανάγκη και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με τις συμβουλές της. Επιπλέον, μας υποδέχτηκε με υπέροχες λιχουδιές και μας χάρισε πολύτιμες στιγμές με την όμορφη παρέα της. Ο σύζυγος της κυρίας Ευαγγελίας στάθηκε επίσης εξαιρετικά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, βοηθώντας μας στο ψήσιμο στο υπερσύγχρονο μπάρμπεκιου τους, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε βαθύτατα.Η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία και είμαστε σίγουροι πως θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο μέλλον!Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

There are few places in this world so special! The villa was exceptional and a view that we will always remember. Antipaxos is a quiet peace of paradise with stunning beaches and staying here gave us the opportunity to experience the island when the day trippers had left, which was magic. The tavernas on the island offer great food and if you feel like a day trip to Gaios or Lakka; Paxos is not too far away. Barbara our host was the kindest most hospitable person we have had the pleasure of meeting at any Airbnb. Thank you to her for a truly incredible stay. We will return someday. Pure bliss!

We loved our family holiday to this beautiful place. Great location within 10 mins walk of Gaios and we hired a car to easily explore the rest of the island. Amazing outdoor space with terraces and outdoor pool.

Amazing peaceful private clean beautiful place! We can't wait to come back! We had the best time and Alexandra was always available in case we needed something! Excellent experience!

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

Just An amazing apartment right off lefkada. Looks better than the picture in real life and very comfortable! Totally recommend for families or friends

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Thankyou. Highly recommend .

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

It was a perfect stay, the house is beautiful, clean and the view is amazing! You have the pool jacuzzi, ect! You can stay only up at the house if you want! A place you want yo come back

We had the most wonderful week staying at Evagelos’ villa in Agios Nikitas. Everything was perfect, the beautiful terraces (one terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for day and evening, and another terrace by the pool where we made good use of the BBQ), lovely interiors and bedrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries and just a really easy and enjoyable stay for our family of 8! Evagelos was really helpful and provided us with lots of information and interesting history about the surrounding area. It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa. We had an amazing time at the house. The views are simply spectacular and the space is stylish and comfortable inside. The surrounding area is incredible and the location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few power outages due to the weather and Christina-Eleni couldn't have been more professional, proactive or responsive to solve any issues as quickly as possible. As we experienced all the weather possible (apart from snow) while we were there we can confirm that this house is perfect in all of them! In fact, watching the storm over the bay was our nightime entertainment. We will be back!

A stunning house in a perfect location that feels very private but is only a short walking distance away from the harbour with its bars and restaurants, the beach and the bus stop to explore the island.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sunset Villa’s. Nice and new villa’s with an awesome views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a small issue at check in that was remedied by Sussi and Pavlos very quickly. They were always responsive and quick to assist. Highly recommend the villa’s.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus von George. Das Haus war für unseren Familienurlaub mit Kindern optimal. Das Highlight des Hauses war definitiv der große Garten mit allem, was das Herz begehrt (Schaukeln und Rutsche für die kleinen Kinder und eine super Grillstation für die großen Kinder😉). Das Haus war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. George war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus von Stathis ist fantastisch. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, toll war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich wie im Neubau. Eine wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hügel der Umgebung. Das kleine Bergdorf hat eine traditionelle Taverne und ein Café, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

My family had good time in this villa. It is in excellent location including everything’s were mentioned. The pool and sunset were amazing. Theo welcomed us in person and gave us some gifts. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful time in very elegant part of Greece. He also arranged for us a half day boat trip to the nearby islands and we had good time swimming and trying very fresh seafood. It is in my top list must revisit in near future. Angelo's place was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and gorgeous, with stunning views, a great pool and a short walk down to a fabulous beach. A maid came to clean every day, which was awesome. (Special shout out of thanks to Sofia.) We would definitely stay here again.

Nowoczesna willa ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. W środku bardzo czysto i jest wszystko co potrzeba. Teren na zewnątrz pięknie zadbany. Ładna okolica, spokojna. Można iść drogą do góry i podziwiać piękne widoki oraz grecki klimat górskiej wioski. Miły gospodarz. Do Nidri pieszo można zejść, ale nie jest wcale tak blisko jak w opisie. Jednak gdy ma się do dyspozycji samochód, to jest to kilka minut. Zresztą samochód to konieczność na Lefkadzie, bo bez niego nie zobaczy się wszystkich ładnych miejsc.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt, wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Giorgios verbracht. Die Lage ist herrlich, toller Blick und die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders den Grill haben wir zu schätzen gewusst. Giorgios war immer ansprechbar und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir sagen nochmal danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Väldig lyxig känsla i både i huset och runt poolen. Allt fanns vad man behövde. Nära till flera stränder och nära Preveza stad. Allt var toppklass.
