When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Dragon glamping

Zažijte kouzlo glampingu na samotě u lesa! Tato luxusní chatka je obklopena přírodou a nabízí vše, co potřebujete k dokonalému odpočinku. Uvnitř najdete útulné vybavení, kde se mísí komfort s kouzlem přírody. K relaxaci je soukromá sauna a horký koupací sud, kde si můžete dopřát chvíle pohody s výhledem do lesa. Večer můžete posedět u grilu a připravit si večeři pod hvězdnou oblohou. Ideální pro romantický pobyt nebo útěk z městského shonu – klid, relax a příroda vás zde dokonale nabijí energií

Pokud máte rádi wellness a klid přírody, tak Vás ubytování dostane svým moderním interiérem a klidnou okolní krajinou. Zároveň se chata nachází jen pár minut od Hradce Králové. Bude na Vás čekat privátní sauna a vířivka, kterou si zamilujete. Propojení dřeva, betonového dekoru a přírody potěší každého, kdo je zaměřený na detaily. Užijete si zde krásný výhled do přírody spolu s kafem při čtení knížky. Pokud jste milovníkem grilování, tak určitě oceníte připravený gril a ohniště u chalupy.

In the garden

It's wooden, it's comfortable, it's in the garden. In the countryside of the Vysočina region, I built a modern cottage for my family dedicated to relaxation. Immersed in the tranquility of a garden with a piece of nature. Orchards, ponds, unlimited space. We dedicated this place to peace and relaxation without a TV. A private bathing barrel and sauna are available for an additional fee of 600 CZK.

A cozy cottage on the edge of a gardening colony in the shade of large trees, overlooking the countryside right from the table or from a massive bed. Ideal combination of solitude and city within walking distance. Take a walk in the woods, pick fresh berries, have a picnic in the garden, grill and roast on the fire. Nature, birds singing, sunsets...

Chalet Tré

Tré is a design cottage where we put emphasis on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor panoramic sauna with a view. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course, there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker or high American spring beds. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

House of Relax

Stylově zařízený rodinný dům se zahradou pro chvíle odpočinku a relaxu. Dům je vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi. Možnost využití sportovního vybavení a privátního wellness centra.
