When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelák at the foot of the Iron Mountains in the PLA, we knew that we wanted to share it and give it to other people. Forest on one side, pond on the other, pure nature, peace and fresh air.. We built 2 chalets here that have separate check-ins, so you won't be disturbing each other at all. And who are we? Unusual van with beatufiul view of nature/castle

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

Home in beautiful nature in Poběžovice

The cottage is located on the edge of the village, overlooking the Eagles Mountains. The backyard is fenced off, which is very safe for small children and pets. A backyard is available to park your vehicle. Many cycling routes, forests, ponds, wonderful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located cca 15 km from two large towns of Pardubice and Hradec Kralove. It has a lot of sport and cultural activities. History buffs can find many chateaus and castles in the area.

A cozy pond house is a great place not only for those who want to escape from the daily reality of the city, but also for those who love nature and a rural peaceful environment. It provides the perfect getaway for up to two families, a group of friends, or you can use it for a romantic weekend. Guests stay in two bedrooms, located on the first floor. The living room also has a sofa bed. When accommodating two people, the price is 3355,- excluding Airbnb service fee.

Our caravan, where we once lived alone, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable fragrance that swings lightly in the wind like on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see more stars in the sky at night than grains in the sand of all the seas in the world, and soak your feet in dew in the morning, you'll love it.

Timber House offers a great getaway for those busy and tired of city life. Come and recharge yourself at this private retreat, where attention to detail creates a unique and unforgettable experience. The Timber House was constructed for those that can appreciate simple perfection. It has its own spacious garden, a sauna and relax area, and is close to nature.

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor panoramic sauna with a view. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Free parking is available directly below the cottage.

A modern apartment with a dedicated parking space and a private front garden in the city center, yet hidden in a quiet courtyard inaccessible to the public. Ideal for 2 people, but will provide a retreat and sleeper comfortably for 3 people if needed, given the sofa bed.
