The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Charming apartment in the center

Apartment of about 50 sqm recently renovated with independent anti-seismic entrance. It is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen complete with appliances and equipped with everything you need. In a central but quiet location, a five-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and therefore close to the heart of the city, from where you can reach all the main places of interest with short walks.

Newly built apartment (2018), set in a residential complex demolished and rebuilt after the 2009 earthquake. New and functional furnishings, equipped with all the essential amenities including linens and appliances, 2 folding beds to be placed in the living room for the 5th and 6th guests, plus a camping cot to be placed in the larger room. 2 BICYCLES are available for guests We don't have private parking, but it's EASY to find a spot in the immediate vicinity.

La Ruetta

A small jewel set in the heart of the historical city center, just renovated, with fine finishes. Located in a strategic point, just 150 meters from the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo, it is ideal for visiting the conservation sites of the many historical and artistic treasures that the city possesses. Equipped with a large double bedroom, with the possibility of adding up to one bed, it has a kitchen, private bathroom, independent heating, wi-fi and smart TV.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
