Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

A 10 mn à pied de Roland Garros et du Parc des Princes. Immeuble haussmannien, appartement 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Orientation plein sud avec balcon. Très ensoleillé. 75m2. Parquet ancien, moulures, cheminées. Cuisine ouverte sur séjour, 2 chambres ( 1 grand lit, 2 lits jumeaux dans l’autre), 1 salle de bains avec baignoire, 1 salle d'eau avec lavabo et douche, 2 WC. Équipement bébé. Magasins et restaurants à proximité, lignes de bus et stations de métro à 5 mn à pied.

Charming 35 m2 apartment in a Haussmannian building. Bedroom (double bed), living room (sofa), equipped kitchen, bathroom (small shower). 3 balconies, 1 with a small table . Pretty view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Sixth and top floor apartment (small elevator, not suitable PMR). Ideal for a typical Parisian experience, in a lively and commercial neighborhood. Close to Opera (10 minutes by metro), near Beaugrenelle , close to Porte de Versailles (20-minute walk).

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Tres bel appartement avec Wifi à Saint Cloud à 10min de Paris grace au tramway, metro, ou voiture. Très belle terrasse de plus de 20 m2, parking collectif à l’intérieur de la résidence accessible avec télécommande sans emplacement attitré, le stationnement est fonction des places disponibles. Le stationnement payant sur la voie publique est aussi très facile devant la residence.
