You can enjoy the warmth of the wood stove in winter, and a large garden in summer (shared), with a private terrace and our pets that children will love. This fully air-conditioned and renovated accommodation is located in a quiet area of Montchanin. The house consists of a living room with TV and 140 x 190 sofa bed and two bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed, accommodating up to 6 people. Linens and towels are not included. If you would like this option, please let us know. Guests can park their car in the enclosed courtyard and recharge their electric car.

Welcome! Quiet neighborhood house, large lot to park vehicles, local shops 300 m away, supermarket 2 km away, easy and quick access to the N70 (4 lanes) 10 min from the TGV station. My vehicles remain parked in the courtyard, which is therefore shared with the owner. You also have a crib and a baby high chair (to be reported before arrival)
