Very pleasant stay in this small house with friendly moments under the arbor. The pleasure of discovering beautiful sites of the Emerald Coast nearby and indulging in regional specialties.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Came to spend a weekend with the family, the house was just perfect! The host was very welcoming and very responsive to requests. The house is perfect for relaxing with the family without neighbors opposite in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I recommend

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

The house was very comfortable and looked great. The outside space was very nice and the location suited us very well as the promenade and beach were literally just up at the end of the road, a couple of minutes walk away. The bus to and from the intra-muros was very close, but we usually walked in as it wasn't far. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by, supermarkets too. We would love to visit again.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

This was such a cute house! The third bathroom was located in the garage, which I didn’t notice in the description, but we made it work. Overall, the space was warm and inviting and we had a GREAT time! Thank you!

We felt right at home in Xavier's house. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants. Xavier had provided lots of toys which our kids loved. The piano was also a big hit. Xavier was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated the early check in. We had an amazing trip!

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Very happy stay in St Malo. Very clean house with garden and well equipped, ideal for tranquility and barbecues. The beach is a five minute walk and easy to park in place of the house. I recommend it without hesitating for families:)

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

We had a great stay at Boris and Romane's place. The house is located in a one-way street that is very quiet. The house is very modern and the decoration is very tasteful and sober. We also really enjoyed the small garden with the property that allowed us to enjoy the sun. Communication with Boris was excellent. Convenience: To go to the small shops in Dinard, it takes 20 minutes on foot. The baker is a little closer, 10 minutes away. We discovered a supermarket closer but a little too late. Dinard is very quiet in June, few vehicles and few tourists, except on weekends, which are a little more lively. Dinar is very quiet in June,

I would this property. Everything was perfect! The photos match reality. Attention is put in the kitchen upon arrival. We were 3 couples and this place is perfect for a weekend with friends. Gated and secure grounds.

We wanted a place to stay within walking distance to go to the Étonnants voyageurs festival, this one met our expectations. The garden is pleasant and very appreciable.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
