Very pleasant stay in this small house with friendly moments under the arbor. The pleasure of discovering beautiful sites of the Emerald Coast nearby and indulging in regional specialties.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

We were a little surprised at first by how small this apartment is. It was already strangely cramped. However, we got used to it after a day. After all, only booked for two nights. The apartment is very clean. The hosts did everything to get as much coziness, style and functionality as possible out of this small room, and they did an excellent job. This apartment is ideal for short trips, with little luggage and even on a spontaneous trip you will find everything you need in everyday life. Even the cotton buds :) And the hospitality of the owners is hard to beat. We thank you for the pleasant stay and remain with best wishes!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

The house was very comfortable and looked great. The outside space was very nice and the location suited us very well as the promenade and beach were literally just up at the end of the road, a couple of minutes walk away. The bus to and from the intra-muros was very close, but we usually walked in as it wasn't far. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by, supermarkets too. We would love to visit again.

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. Nice and quiet area but plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed by Tierry who also met our online grocery shop to put everything in the fridge and took time to show us around the house. All in all - a great place to stay! Electric bikes from around the corner got us into St Malo in minutes. We will be back...

We felt right at home in Xavier's house. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants. Xavier had provided lots of toys which our kids loved. The piano was also a big hit. Xavier was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated the early check in. We had an amazing trip!

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Very happy stay in St Malo. Very clean house with garden and well equipped, ideal for tranquility and barbecues. The beach is a five minute walk and easy to park in place of the house. I recommend it without hesitating for families:)

We immediately felt very comfortable in Geneviève's apartment. The apartment has great amenities and everything is available for a vacation. Everything was very clean. The sea just around the corner is a highlight. We would love to come back.

Beautiful bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

I would this property. Everything was perfect! The photos match reality. Attention is put in the kitchen upon arrival. We were 3 couples and this place is perfect for a weekend with friends. Gated and secure grounds.

We wanted a place to stay within walking distance to go to the Étonnants voyageurs festival, this one met our expectations. The garden is pleasant and very appreciable.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
