Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paramé, Saint-Malo

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Un logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Une vue .. incroyable et tellement reposant. Il nous manquait un peu de soleil pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur. Sarah est vraiment très accueillante et nous a expliqué la fonctionnement des différents appareils de la maison. Vraiment très proche de saint Malo. Nous reviendrons avec le soleil je l’espère la prochaine fois

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable au gîte de l'Etang Quihouas que nous recommandons vivement. Accueil, propreté, confort, équipements exceptionnels...Rien ne manque. Donc on se bien au gîte ..Et Marien, proche de la maison, est très réactif et prêt à nous rendre service et nous faire profiter de ses bonnes fraises du moment...Seul bémol, la météo qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter du petit jardin fleuri et de ses super équipements extérieurs. Adresse à retenir et partager.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie der tolle Garten mit den Kirschbäumen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vor allem mit Hund war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Ganz ganz toll!!

Virginie a été très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle a été très réactive et agréable. Le logement proposé est proche de la nature. Le calme règne en maître. Ça nous a fait énormément de bien. Je recommande vivement ce logement et cette location. Lakhdar

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le logement de Muriel très coquet, très bien décoré, proche de la mer et du centre ville.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

tres beau logement au calme et à proximité de St Malo, Cancale, Dînant.... Delphine propose un logement de qualité. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles. Les lits sont confortables. Bref, tout est réuni pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci beaucoup!

Superbe appartement, idéalement situé dans la ville haute. Parfait pour un séjour en bord de mer proche de toutes les commodités et de parkings gratuits. Merci à Eva pour ce séjour.

What a lovely home and garden right close to all that Dinan has to offer. The river and path behind the home are lovely. They contribute to the home greatly. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked well I rented Millefleurs and loved the garden. It is worth noting that the foot traffic in the apartment above the garden unit will be heard in this unit. I suppose it is a function of the building’s age (I believe it dates back to the 1600’s). I used ear plugs to counter the noise at bedtime. If no one is staying above you, you will enjoy lots of quiet solitude! I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. Ear plugs did work!

The apartment was even more charming than the photos. Our host was super friendly. A beautiful apartment which my husband and my two girls thoroughly enjoyed. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. We would love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, direkt am Meer- knapp 10 Minuten zu Duss ins Zwnzrum von Saint- Maliô intra muros. Gratis Parkplätze bei der Kirche 5 min zu Fuss entfernt - dort gibt es auch einen Carrefour City, der bis 22 h geöffnet ist. Tolle Wohnung, die alles bietet , netter Kontakt mit Nathalie und Adam- super Umgebung- sehr zu empfehlen.

Très belle maison. De grands espaces à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Située dans une belle région près de la mer: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… L’hôte, Daniele, très réactif. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. C’est la preuve que nous sommes très satisfaits!

Einfach herrlich! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der umwerfenden Landschaft, dem gepflegten Haus und dem naturnahen Garten sehr genossen. 🫶 Durchweg perfekt. 👍Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! 🙌 Lieb gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag: Bitte mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Man nimmt ja immer bissle mehr zum Anziehen mit. 😉

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien agencée, adaptée aux grands et aux petits, à 5min à pied du centre-ville de Cancale et 15min à pieds du port. Brigitte est une hôte très gentille et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 familles sans jamais nous marcher dessus !

Nous avons séjourné à 6 (2 couples et 2 personnes individuelles) avec nos chiens pendant 3 jours dans la maison de Nicolas pour passer un week-end anniversaire en famille. Séjour impec de A à Z. À quelques pas de la plage, la maison est magnifique, avec un beau jardin (bien clôturé, parfait pour enfants et chiens) et une magnifique vue sur la mer. La maison est équipée comme si on allait chez soi - literie super confortable, cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour s’éclater au aux fourneaux. Le grand plus: certaines chambres ont un lavabo, comme dans le temps. Avec les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes séparées, ça a permis de ne jamais avoir de fil d’attente pour se laver ou aller au toilettes. Nicolas et le service de conciergerie sur place sont avenants, très sympathiques et nous ont filé quelques tuyaux sympas niveau restaurant. Il nous a malheureusement manqué le temps pour profiter de la belle terrasse et son barbecue. Une prochaine fois peut-être… ☺️. Merci Nicolas.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille et profiter pour visiter le mont saint Michel et Cancal . La maison est spacieuse et bien pensée pour profiter paisiblement du lieu. Oiseaux, lièvres et chant du coq sur la terrasse nous on accompagné au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Et un grand merci à Sophie de nous permettre de voyager avec nos animaux à 4 pattes.
