An amazing place with a beautiful sea view. The host was kind and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was clean and pantry was stocked with basics such as coffee, sugar, oil and salt. Would highly recommend this stay!

One of the best we have stayed at. The place is roomy for 6 people. A very nice size living room, convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Wonderful AC. Super easy communications with hosts. Loved the location, a few steps from Syntagma square. A bit noisy late evenings but should be expected. We very strongly recommend!

This location is spectacular. At one end of the bay, you can either a ride or walk to the marina is relaxing and beautiful. The accommodation is impressive and prepared for a comfortable stay. Bikes, kayaks, sunbeds, paddleboards included. Thanks so much, we had the best stay! We dream of our return 🙏

A clean, light space with a beautiful, spacious courtyard garden right on the water. A mosquito net over the master bed would’ve made for a more restful stay.

Pleasant accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful. We were greeted by Katerina's dad who is cheerful and attentive. Only small complaint: no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend this listing and would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at the Kiveri Gem House. Harry was a great host — responsive, helpful, accommodating. The photos don’t do the views justice: it is stunning. The private beach is such a wonderful resource to take advantage of. If I’m in Peloponnese again, I would definitely stay at Harry’s again!

We spent a wonderful week at Christo's place in the center of Nafplio. From booking through check out, communication was excellent. Christo checked in on us multiple times throughout the process and was readily available if needed. A very good host. The apartment is in the middle of old town walkable to everything. Restaurants, cafes, and shops were right outside the front door. The marina and promenade was a 5-10 minute walk and the closest beach was a 10 minute walk. Parking our car was a breeze at the port which was also a 10 minute walk. The apartment was in the middle of everything. So convenient. This large studio apartment was very modern and clean with a wonderful balcony to enjoy. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked very well, hot water was plentiful, and the water pressure was excellent. It also contained a dual washing machine and dryer. We could not have wished for more. We would highly recomend Christo's apartment. as

The studio was perfect for me. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing I felt was missing was a hairdryer and also a bigger mirror although there was one in the bathroom. It was very close to the port so was easy to take the Pegasus cruise to the islands and also near to the bus stop to go to Nafplio. A great stay thank you 🙏🏼

Large apartment, very clean, located a few km from Nafplio. We were warmly received by the very available owner

The place is just like described. Recently renovated and with all you need for a short or longer term. The laundry looks like new and with all you need. I chose a time that I thought would keep me away from tourists and that would let me know the residents; but in fact, other than construction workers, there is almost no people around and almost everything was closed. At Konstantinos's there was always some people coming in or out, which was nice. The only details I did not liked much is that the sound travels easily in the property and you can hear a TV or people talking quite close. Other than that, I got a nice balcony and a very nice view to telework. The Internet and services worked as promised.

Great quiet location in the old town! It was up a decent amount of stairs, which isn’t ideal for hauling luggage, but doable and worth it for the location. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with some basic groceries and snacks which after traveling a bit with kids, is nice to have as an option.

I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

We stayed for 10 days with our 1 year old son. Panos' place is so great we didn't want to go home! Very welcoming, friendly host and his mother is probably the nicest person in Greece! 10/10

The house was the best for us and our two children, the kitchen full and spotless everything! Everything was at our feet and the sea was 2 minutes away on foot. For Mrs. Anastasia I have no words, every morning she was waiting for us outside the door and a treat from her hands, fresh eggs and she was so discreet and helpful, really thanks! 10/10

Great location with incredible views.

This is a very spacious apartment with an equally spacious balcony/terrace to enjoy. The area itself is very quiet - a rural area with a taverna 1km away and shops 2km away. If fresh fish and artichokes are your thing, you may have found the right place. The beach (with a good arm, a genuine thrown-stone away) is long but narrow and you will need to wear swimming shoes to protect your feet. However, we had two very pleasant evening swims where the current gently moved us down the beach. We had previously stayed in Nafplio (a wonderful town!) and used our stay at Paralia Irion to explore the other end of the peninsula which includes some wonderful beaches, world-class archaeological sites and charming towns and villages. We were met by a friend of the hosts' who was very helpful. In summary, we had a lovely stay - we were very sad to have to travel back to Athens to catch our flight home!
