Holiday rentals in Paralia Milopotamos

We stayed with my partner for a week in the beginning of Sep 2024. The guest houses are part of an extended villa with a lovely swimming pool with fresh water coming directly from a nearby stream. The place is spotless and the gardens are exceptionally well kept. We had a great time sitting at the garden enjoying the amazing views across the Aegean sea. Both Maria (housekeeper) and George (owner) are lovely friendly people. George also provided us with helpful information regarding restaurants, cafes and places of interest. Spot on suggestions! George is a very communicative and attenuative host and we were lucky to have stayed at his accommodation. All and all, George is a true Gentleman. We spent a lovely time on the mountain of the mythical Centaurus and we couldn't ask for more from our accommodation. Clean, good water flow, fresh linen, comfy beds and a beautiful little balcony where we sat on our evenings listening to crickets, owls, and the sounds of the night. Def coming back!

The house and the surroundings are simply amazing. The small house is in a very peaceful, quiet area. The yard is filled with flowers and greenery - and the silence is awesome, you can hear yourself think. It helped getting disconnected from the daily life, which is exactly what we wanted for this holiday. A perfect place to recharge. I would recommend it to anyone, it feels like paradise! Also you are in luck with a host like Marina - she is nice, kind and very thoughtful. She helped us with instructions, she even took a short hike with us, she surprised us with homecooked bread and event pancakes one morning. Will come back for sure, 8 days wasn't enough!! Thank you for everything, Marina!

Great views from the house and terrace, truly quiet and peaceful. Very spacious inside and outdoors. A grand terrace that has alot of seating to enjoy the great weather.

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! An earthly paradise in the heart of Pelion! The villa is truly unique — a combination of luxury, traditional nobility and absolute tranquility in nature. It is located in a magnificent location, literally in the forest, overlooking the Aegean Sea and a stone's throw from the beach of Mylopotamos. The house is completely renovated with respect to its history, filled with authentic period furniture and rare decorative details that testify to love and care. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities exceeded all expectations: from the well-designed kitchen, to the hot tub at the back of the garden that offered us moments of absolute relaxation. The hospitality of Eleni and her team was warm, discreet and substantial. We really felt like guests and not just tenants. They guided us to everything worth seeing or trying in the area. We hope to be back soon!

Pelion is a wonderful area, but the access to the east side is not easy due to the high altitude differences (serpentine and narrow roads). The disadvantage is also an advantage, as there is no congestion and a very friendly and peaceful environment, with unique natural beauty. The apartment is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, extreme terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment has direct access to the beach (this means a private beach in a small cove - but you have to get used to the steps.) The charming local tavernas are within easy reach of the apartment and are located next to beautiful beaches. The host Kostas is very friendly, hospitable, quickly available, flexible, and helpful.

The host was very friendly, and helped us find a place to eat despite it being the off-season. They were helpful, and the studio room was gorgeous. I definitely recommend this host!
