Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paralia Koum Κapi

A brilliant stay in a beautiful apartment. The views were outstanding out over the ocean. Apartment immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location for visiting Chania, Lake Kournas etc..Two observations for future visitors - highly recommend having a car whilst staying, we did and wouldn’t have wanted to be there without (it’s on a very steep hill!). Also, we visited in April. The pool is not heated and was too cold us to swim which was a shame and not something I clocked when booking. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and there are good restaurants along the Nea Chora Beach. There are two supermarkets within a few minutes and it is just a short walk into the old town. On premise parking makes it convenient to explore Crete by car. Also, the host is very nice, considerate and helpful if you need a restaurant recommendation, taxi or cleaning.

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.

My stay here was nothing but amazing! The apartment itself, beautifully decorated, clean, well air conditioned and as a solo female traveller, I automatically felt so comfortable. I had no idea the apartment had balconies, but there were two! Such a pleasant surprise! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. Although I didn’t use it during my stay, there was quite literally everything you’d need. Location wise, perfect. A beautiful 15-20 minute walk along the coastline into Chania old town. Not to mention you can grab a cheeky €5 take away cocktail for your way home! A short walk from a great cafe called Cozy Cafe, where I went every morning for coffee. Dimitra was the most amazing and welcoming host. Kindly organised airport pickup for me, and allowed me to keep my bags in the apartment all day as I had a night flight that evening. I cannot recommend this stay enough. I without a doubt will be returning when I come back to Chania. Thank you Dimitra!

Andreas was a friendly and responsive host who answered our questions promptly. The flat was well equipped and in an excellent location very close to the old town. We would definitely stay again when next back in Chania!

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! We had a lovely week in Crete. The accommodation was beautifully presented with great amenities. The perfect balance of the privacy of your own villa with the benefits of a small resort. Poppy and Alexandros were extremely helpful and accommodating - thank you for a lovely stay.

Really impressed with the renovation of this Airbnb. Much better than the pictures. We had a very comfortable 4 day stay. Great location. Would rent this unit again.

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

This space was all we could have asked for and more. Stella was always communicating with us regarding flights and check-in. She met us at the home and gave us a tour + answered any questions. We ell enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill as the weather was perfect. The house was thoughtfully designed and comfortable. We appreciated having a parking space for longer journeys through Crete. Most of the time we walked into Chania town and to the nearby butcher and bakery. We would definitely recommend staying here and we'll be back. Thanks!

We had such a nice stay at Angelina’s home. It’s tucked in the sweetest little alley surrounded by other homes and a restaurant next door. We loved the live Greek music played at the restaurant- it was not too loud and it really made us feel immersed in the culture. There is SO much to do. We did not rent a car and went everywhere on foot (with a 1 and 4yo) within a small radius and found everything we could possibly need. Little parks/playground, water to swim, restaurants, shops, etc. Xenia and Costas were so kind and accommodating and their door was literally often open if we needed anything recommendations or had any questions. They were also able to set up taxi rides when we needed them. I truly hope to be able to return to Theros home again.

Really can’t recommend this place enough! I was working California hours during my stay here and found it perfect. The WiFi was great - had no issues with zoom calls. The space is private, it’s very walkable and close enough to all the tourist areas while being in a slightly more peaceful and authentic feeling neighborhood. The hosts are so responsive, so flexible, and so helpful. The local store owners were also all so lovely. Lastly the parking made having a car rental and accessing the region so easy. I often got my car out in the morning and drove to the beach and was able to quickly drop my car to get back to the apartment to make a work meeting.

This place is highly recommended :) It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is available, it lacks nothing. It is definitely helpful to have a car, so you can quickly get to the city (otherwise about 30 min) and also drive to other sights or beaches. The only thing that bothered us was the cracking of the wooden beams (wooden roof) and sometimes the extremely loud scooter/motorcyclists. But no one can do anything for that. We even received fruit, bread, wine, etc. as a welcome - thank you very much :) Otherwise, this accommodation is absolutely recommended. :))) We had a great stay - thank you.

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

We had a great time at Fotis and Amalia’s place. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! The location was perfect as we like to stay just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough so we can dip in and out with ease. There’s plenty of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets around. The views are just outstanding and we ended up getting food a few times to eat at home as we enjoyed to look at the sea from the house. It was also easy to cook, there’s plenty of utensils if you wish to prep a meal in. The bed was really comfortable, as I’m 7 months pregnant asked if we could have a couple of extra pillows and this was ready for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of groceries we had available at the house too! Fresh fruit (we loved making our own fresh orange juice in the morning!), bread, butter and many other snacks! Fotis was also great at recommending places to visit like beaches, restaurants and museums. We 100% recommend this place!

Everything was great! The apartment was new and well designed. Everything inside was perfect. The building also was brend new and it made the neighborhood look good. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from old town and a very enjoyable walk next to the sea. We deffinitively had a great time. I would stay here everytime if i come to Crete again.

The flat was perfect, especially if you have a rental car. It was a great base to explore Crete, enjoy the proximity from Chania, and come back home by the end of the day. It's very spacious and has a home feeling, very well equipped, extra clean. We were even able to cook some nice food in the oven. Definitely worth a stay, keep in mind it is not in the city center though.

Excellent stay with everything you need to feel right at home in Chania. Close enough to the city center for a short walk and surrounded by local businesses. Apartment is lovely inside, well decorated and all needed amenities.
