Memorial University and Health Science Centre are less than 2.5 km away and downtown is only 5 km. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. You'll love this bright, fully-equipped apartment with queen bed and memory foam mattress, comfortable living room with flat screen TV (cable and WIFI) and sofa which folds out to give you a second bed.

Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

Beautiful 1 BR apartment available in scenic St. Phillip's. Relax and enjoy feeling like you are in the country while being minutes away from St John's. Our place is encircled by trees with a lovely brook flowing to the side of the apartment entrance. Very private and surrounded by nature; Bunnies, Blue Jays and Woodpeckers are frequent guests to the yard. Only 13 minute drive from the airport, 14 minutes from the Avalon mall and 5 minutes away from Rotary Sunshine Park.
