Paula Maria’s place was fantastic, as advertised! We had an absolutely incredible stay that far exceeded our expectations. After a disappointing experience with a dishonest agency in the area (Property Rental Club) that canceled our original booking at the last minute, we were so grateful to find this gem. The host welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and their honesty and responsiveness were a breath of fresh air after what we had just dealt with. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger group. It offered the ideal balance of comfort and style, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. One of the highlights of our trip was working with the local chef the host recommended. Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Es la segunda vez que me quedo (fui a festejar mi cumple), pero en esta ocasión rente las 2 villas las cuales me parecen excelentes las instalaciones, la higiene y la atención del personal inigualable. El antifrion me ayudo con la organización del festejo que por cierto fue temático, incluia clases de surf para todos los niveles, tour en yate, parillada argentina de lo más deliciosa, ceviches para botanear, postres y nos llevo a conocer una playa hermosa para hacer un picnic y ver el atardecer. Definitivamente el mejor servicio de saladita. 10/10

La villa tiene una vista increíble! La alberca principal es como volada y también la vista es súper súper bonita! Las instalaciones son tal cual las detallan, está bien ubicado. La ama de llaves Rafi cocina súper rico y te mantiene la villa súper limpia. Rodrigo el administrador siempre atento, al pendiente y si es necesario te consigue niñera que a nosotros nos ayudó bastante; muy paciente con los niños 🩷✨ Claro que regreso! 100% recomendable!

The home was just like the pictures. Although a 25 minute walk, we did walk into town. Scooters were perfect and easy. Taxi service was also super easy and reliable. Great restaurants and the in-home meals were tremendous. Hilda was super responsive and very kind. We loved Troncones. It really feels like those that live there are a community!

Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Host and caretaker were very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Secluded beach far from tourists and hustle and bustle of daily life. Already planning our next trip to this little slice of heaven.

Incredible, worth every penny. If you need a peaceful, restorative escape, this is the treehouse for you. Amazing yoga teachers almost daily in the Templo also. Do yourself a huge favor and get a Thai massage from Thalia. We couldn’t have asked for much more, so grateful for this space. Sadly, it appears the owner built it for development purposes, as it is for sale. We hope it falls into good hands so that the yoga templo stays in the community (they offer sliding scale for locals), and this place stays available for the kind of magical healing retreat we experienced, and not an occasional vacation home for someone. Jero and Tania, the airbnb manager and cleaner, are amazing and super responsive. Gracias por todo!
