Beautiful condo by the ocean shore, full of natural light and great ventilation. Located in the 7th floor of the building the ocean and mountain views are unbeatable. 5 minutes walking distance from the main restaurants and stores. The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

Seguridad 24 horas, vista a la Marina desde la piscina, estacionamiento dentro del condominio. Se tienen que dejar depósitos de $3500.00 en administración para snaks y garantía de daños y faltas al reglamento
