You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the nice stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

A great stay! The hosting was very warm, and the host is super kind and very responsive, which is really appreciated. The space was sparkling clean and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal, close to everything. All the necessities were there, which made our stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

We loved our time in Marie's lovely home! It was so calm, peaceful and beautifully decorated and arranged. Our beds were comfortable, linens cosy, and we loved the showers! A perfect compact kitchen with everything we could have needed. As a bonus, there was a park right across the street, and the metro was just 5 minutes away. Marie and her family were so welcoming, we would come back again in an instant. Thank you Marie for hosting us!

Really great accommodation at Alexandre's, it's a very nice little house in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you're there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!
