Ho soggiornato da Daniele per motovi lavorativi. L'appartamento è moderno e raffinato, dotato di tutti i comfort per trascorrere una piacevole permanenza. Posizione strategica vicino a negozi di prima necessità e ristoranti. Il lago Trasimeno si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Daniele è stato molto disponibile e comprensivo. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare al casale per trascorrere del tempo in tranquillità!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Perugia! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Perfect place to stay for peace quiet and nature. Beautiful apartment in the middle of the forest, perfect way to start the day on the patio surrounded by nature. Clean apartment with everything you need and more. Michele was so friendly and communicative, would definitely come back to stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione tranquilla e vicina al raccordo per Perugia, quindi ottima per raggiungere sia Assisi che Perugia che il lago Trasimeno. Alloggio pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (posto auto nella proprietà). Host gentile, chiara e attenta. Veloce nelle risposte e prodiga di indicazioni sulla zona. Un grazie speciale.

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

un attico da togliere il fiato! tutto è stato scelto con cura. Un ambiente elegante, pulito ed accogliente, sa di casa! Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza! ci siamo rilassate nella vasca idromassaggio ed ammirato un tramonto incantevole. Robbie è stato veramente gentile e presente. Si nota quanta cura e passione è stata messa nel creare un ambiente così. Tornerò a trovarti Robbie. Grazie ☺️

Peacefuf place right by Montepulciano, making it a good base for a few days of relaxation and exploration in the region. Ideal for unwinding after a days of excursion. Our hosts were kind and attentive.

Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Francesca carinissima, sempre disponibile anche nel consigliarci ristoranti per la cena. Posto tranquillo, letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito come sei bambini. Ci siamo innamorati della zona, ci torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Fabrizio foi muito rápido na comunicação e gentil, deu ótimas recomendações de restaurantes. O apartamento estava muito limpo e é muito bem localizado

Host molto disponibile e reattivo, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario come pentole e accessori da cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, lavatrice, saponi e carta. Facile da trovare e di facile accesso! Posizionato sopra il supermercato! Siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, tra l'altro molto comodo per noi per la vicinanza all'evento al quale abbiamo partecipato. Grazie mille per l'esperienza!

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte , complesso molto ordinato e pulito immerso nella natura una vera oasi di relax . Unica cosa che consiglierei per rendere ancora più impeccabile il soggiorno una bottiglia di acqua nel caso gli ospiti arrivassero come noi in tardo pomeriggio fa sempre comodo.

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!

Casa splendida, vista spettacolare, arredamenti curati. La signora Marina è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno da sogno, torneremo sicuramente!

Prime location right in the center of Perugia. Comfortable beds. Go to nearby Antica Latteria di Perugia and get a maritozzo! I still dream about those.
