In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest land of more than 2000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with 140 and 160 double beds, a 120 sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

Family home and large intimate garden

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Several activities are feasible (hiking, canoeing, swimming pool, fishing, visiting the Château de Sully sur Loire). The dampierre center is 10 km away. Sheets option €5 extra, bath towels are not included in the option for you to bring them back. Small garden and possibility to enter your car in the courtyard.
