A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by its exceptional spaciousness, cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere, which collectively created a sense of being a home away from home. The apartment's interior showcased meticulous attention to detail, evident in the carefully selected furnishings and extensive array of cutlery, which exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, accompanied by the necessary detergent. Each room boasted a contemporary aesthetic and generous proportions. Our host provided exceptional assistance during the check-in process, offering valuable insights into the surrounding area and recommending local attractions. The apartment's location was highly desirable, situated within a short walking distance of the Olympic stadium, national botanical gardens, and Plaka, the oldest district, and the Acropolis. Paschalis is absolutely one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. He was kind, patient, and incredibly hospitable throughout my entire stay. When I accidentally left the keys in a taxi, he was more concerned about my safety than anything else—and that level of care and concern truly gave me so much comfort. The apartment itself is beyond cozy. I stayed for a month and genuinely felt at home. It was spotless when I arrived and stayed clean with ease throughout my stay. The location is also exceptional—within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, charming coffee shops, and very close to the city center. Highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

Our stay in Athens was fantastic, and this Airbnb really enhanced the experience. It’s in a great location — easily accessible from the train, which made getting there super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even providing photos that made finding the place so much easier. The apartment is close to all the trendy shops and just a short, scenic walk to the Acropolis, with some amazing restaurants and cafes along the way. We especially appreciated the small touches — like the water bottles waiting for us in the room and the cozy robe provided for our stay. It was a comfortable, welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Athens!

Wish I had more time to stay here! Place was perfect for what I needed. The comfortable bed and the super clean bathroom allowed me to rest and relax. They even had plenty of toiletries in case you forget any. I also REALLY appreciated the host arranging for airport pick-up. As a solo female traveler landing kinda late at night, this helped TREMENDOUSLY! Getting out of the airport and into this home was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Athens. It fully met our expectations and is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which could be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. The location is excellent — surrounded by many restaurants, small picturesque streets, and a lively yet pleasant neighborhood. Overall, the service was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients

We had a couple of nights to spend in Athens before heading out to the islands. This was just the most perfect spot with an amazing view. Easy to find, and the instructions were really easy to follow. Watching to the sun set from the roof top terrace was just incredible. I can’t recommend enough!!

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well.
