Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pangrati, Athens

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Καθαρό και πολύ δροσερό το σπίτι, ήσυχη γειτονιά, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Ο χώρος πανέμορφος μέσα και έξω! Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και η τοποθεσία του πολύ βολική! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και μελλοντικά!

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

Charming place, super clean, attention to detail, responsive host, nice neighbourhood. In as beautiful as in the pictures. If I would be in Athens again, I would without a doubt want to stay in this place again

Alexander’s apartment was great. Located in the heart of Athens, walkable to every site. Lots of good restaurants around, love the fact that there is an elevator so easy to move your suitcase in and out! Super clean , adorable perfect apartment for a gateway! We will definitely come back again.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Nice place to stay when visiting Athens. Beautiful view of the Akropolis from the terrace. The neighborhood is well connected to the center. Good to bear in mind that it's rather small, but it's perfect if you're doing things during the day and only sleep there. Thanks Nina!

This is a great place, about the size of a hotel room but with a nice big private balcony. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance to all of the major ancient sites in Athens, as well as many museums. The streets nearby were just far enough away from the tourist areas to get into the local feeling vibe. Would definitely stay there again. Soula was extremely responsive and helpful and super easy checkin/out.

This is the place I am always staying when I’m back in Athens and that says it all!

Ηταν το καλύτερο διαμέρισμα έως τώρα που έχω μείνει από όλες τις απόψεις ! Φιλικός ιδιοκτήτης , προνοητικός και άμεσα απαντούσε σε μηνύματα !Επέλεξα και την υπηρεσία με ταξί να με περιμένει στο αεροδρόμιο που την κανονίζει ιδιοκτήτης με τον ταξιτζη να είναι πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικος εξίσου. Το σπίτι είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες.Φοβερη διακόσμηση και γενικά ένα cozy διαμέρισμα . Ο ιδιοκτήτης σου πρόσφερε προϊόντα μέσα στο σπίτι ώστε να μην τρέχεις από την ώρα που θα φτάσεις κατευθείαν σε ένα σουπερμάρκετ .Εγω αυτό δεν το έχω ξαναδεί σε διαμέρισμα Airbnb .Φαινεται ένας ιδιοκτήτης που νοιάζεται για τους ανθρώπους που θα μείνουν στο διαμέρισμα του. Δεν έχω λόγια .Οσο για τον δρόμο που είναι δίπλα δεν με ενόχλησε καθόλου .Τα τζάμια είναι διπλά και για τους ευαίσθητους στον θόρυβο υπάρχει και το μέσα υπνοδωμάτιο που δεν ακούγεται απολύτως τίποτα . Η στάση μετρό πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια . Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι οτι θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σαν διαμέρισμα !

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

Yannis was extremely helpful/communicative and the location of the space was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. The balcony offered a very special view of the Acropolis as well.

For my first visit to Athens, I couldn't have asked for a better location and place to stay! Very easy access to loads of great attractions, shopping, and restaurants, while not feeling stuck in a crowd. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

This place is amazing. The view is a dream. Location is excellent. Close to restaurants and iconic places to visit. Peaceful at night and spacious. Looks better in person. I would give a 10 score if it was available. When visiting Athens this is the place to stay. Even more if you are a family. They made accommodations for baby guests. This is the third Airbnb in our 17 day trip and by far the best. Amazing service. Superb host.

Our stay was beyond expectation. The view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. We were welcomed by many treats and even free caps. The apartment is located within walking distance of all the sites and good restaurants. Thank you for an excellent stay in Athens!
