Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by its exceptional spaciousness, cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere, which collectively created a sense of being a home away from home. The apartment's interior showcased meticulous attention to detail, evident in the carefully selected furnishings and extensive array of cutlery, which exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, accompanied by the necessary detergent. Each room boasted a contemporary aesthetic and generous proportions. Our host provided exceptional assistance during the check-in process, offering valuable insights into the surrounding area and recommending local attractions. The apartment's location was highly desirable, situated within a short walking distance of the Olympic stadium, national botanical gardens, and Plaka, the oldest district, and the Acropolis. Dear Louise , thank you so much for having us at ur hidden treasure of koukaki . Had a wonderful stay at ur apartment. I don’t think anyone has paid so much detailing into the comfort of the guest . Every single thing is provided. Beautiful interiors and amenities and supplies be it the linen , kitchen ware to dryers and even hair iron to manicure care set . Just fabulous. May god bless u with all happiness, peace success and prosperity. U have done from ur heart else so much of thought won’t go in to hospitality. Always responsive which is a bliss for tourist visiting a new place , feels secured . We totally felt @ home . Prime Location with accessibility to many restaurants, shops etc . Since it’s a centrally located in spite of the taxi strike in Athens we were able to walk or manage public transport. Louise is a fab host nothing short of it . Regards Sri

Itay’s place is absolutely wonderful. It’s located in a perfect place (most everything is walking distance, and there are several bus stops close by), and despite being on a busy road, it is very quiet. There is a mini market right next door, and there are many stores, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The area also feels safe. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The shower is nice and spacious, the bed is large and comfortable, there’s a nice balcony, and the washing machine works quickly and efficiently. Any smaller things you might need (especially if you stay for a longer time), you can get cheaply and easily at Jumbo. Itay is a wonderful host, and he was very kind and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. Communication was always smooth, and he clearly takes care to provide the best experience for his guests. If you want to stay in Athens, this is easily the best place!

finora il posto migliore dove sono stato. Il quartiere è molto carino e vicino al centro. L'appartamento era molto pulite e funzionale, per una persona è perfetto.

nos sentimos como en casa. alojamiento con todas las comodidades y es tal cual como en las fotos. nos recibieron con dos botellas de agua qué para nosotros que llegamos a medianoche fue muy buena atención. gracias!

The flat is very comfortable and has a nice clean minimalist design. It's in a great neighbourhood with some nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Acropolis and convenient for bus routes.

One of the very nicest streets in Pangrati. Quiet with wonderful open view of park next door. Front door, elevator to third floor and entrance to unit worked flawlessly. Lovely unit with large terrace expanding living space. Good size well stocked kitchen. Konstandinos was attentive, polite, and responsive to any and all questions about the unit or the neighborhood. Would love to return. Great spot. Great location just steps from one of Pangrati’s best restaurants and souvlaki stand. Fifteen minute walk to Plaka or Syntagma through National Gardens. Close to Goulandris, Benaki and other Museums. Great spot

logement facile à trouver, fidèle à la description et aux photos. le logement dispose d'une machine à glaçons qui est un vrai plus pour profiter de boissons fraiches à tout moment. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou prendre un café/thé. il y a également un lave linge/séche linge dans la cour sous l'escalier qui est en commun avec le propriétaire. Il y a une petite cour entièrement murée pour que vos enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. le logement est à 25 minutes à pied du centre touristique en prenant son temps. Pour les commerces de proximités, on est bien servit avec un supermarché, une pharmacie, un café à 200 mètres (descendre la rue et tourné à gauche) il y a également de bonne boulangerie (sweet bakery (filolaou 146) que je recommande) ou restaurant( Ευλαλία (frynonos 10)que je recommande également) à 5/10 minutes à pied. Je remercie également Vasilis pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour la panne de la machine à glaçons qui à été réparer très rapidement

I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was as shown in the pictures and very clean. Antonis always responded to my messages within a few minutes and was very helpful. I was solo travelling and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Also, there were many cafés and restaurants nearby.

We loved this apartment! We were amazed at the large size of the space and every amenity possible. While not in the tourist area, it was the reason we enjoyed it so much and it was so easy to walk to where we needed to be. We can't say enough about our stay. I would recommend time and again

Joelle is very kind and responsive and answered any question we had! The place is sparkling clean and full with everything we needed as guests. The apartment is at a great location in the neighborhood and there are a lot of places around such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Will sure recommend to stay here! :)

I enjoyed my stay. The host communicates well and there are clear instructions to get in. The apartment looks like the photos and is a nice set up for one or two people. The desk was nice for working and fast WiFi. The apartment is clean. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is nice and cold. The location is very nice. Lots of restaurants. I loved the cafe right downstairs. Ready made meals, salads, coffee, etc. Easily walkable to most of the attractions.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Very clean apartment, perfect for 2 or 4 persons to stay, 15 minutes with metro from Monastiraki station.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for beautiful views from your private terrace all the while being conveniently close to Restaurants/bars

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
